摘要：糜子新品系HM10-84-12-3是从华池县糜子主产区品种群体内选择的自然变异单株，经多年系谱选择选育而成。2015 — 2016年在甘肃省中东部进行糜子多点区域试验，2 a 10点（次）均表现增产，平均折合产量2 737.8 kg/hm2，较对照品种黄二汉增产11.46%。该品系株高102 cm，主茎节数7.5个，穗长27 cm，穗粒重5.51 g，千粒重7.9 g。耐旱、耐寒、耐瘠薄、抗病性强、中抗倒伏（雨水较多年份有轻度茎倒伏），落粒轻、中早熟，生育期101 d，稳产性好。适宜在无霜期短、降水集中、年降水量少的北方旱作区种植。

Report on Breeding of New Millet Strain HM10-84-12-3

Abstract：HM10-84-12-3 is a new strain of broomcorn millet， was bred by selecting individual plants with natural variation in the cultivar population of the main producing area of broomcorn millet in Huachi County， and selecting and breeding pedigree for many years. In 2015 — 2016， the average yield of 2 a 10 site （times） is 2 737.8 kg/hm2 and 11.46% higher than that of the control Huangerhan in multi-point Regional Test of the central and eastern part of Gansu Province. The plant height of this strain is 102 cm， the number of main stem nodes is 7.5， the panicle length is 27 cm， the panicle grain weight is 5.51 g， and the 1000-grain weight is 7.9 g. Drought tolerance， cold tolerance， barren tolerance， strong disease resistance， moderate lodging resistance （mild stem lodging in years with more rain）. This strain is light shattering， medium and early maturing， with 101 d growth period and good yield stability. It is suitable to be grown in the vast dryland areas in the north where the frost-free period is short， the precipitation is concentrated and the annual precipitation is low.

糜子屬禾本科黍属，又称黍、稷。糜子耐旱耐瘠薄，是抗旱性最强的作物之一，它的籽粒皮壳坚硬，耐贮藏，是重要的救灾备荒作物，且生育期短、适应性广，是重要的复种作物。近年来，随着膳食结构和健康饮食观念的改变，糜子已经成为人们健康食物资源之一，市场需求旺盛。我国的糜子栽培面积70万～100万hm2，居世界第2位，在旱区农业生产中具有十分重要的地位和作用[1 - 5 ]。华池县位于陇东黄土高原庆阳市东北部，海拔1 100～1 780 m，年平均降水量380～510 mm，年平均气温8.4 ℃，无霜期145～155 d，适宜种植糜子等小杂粮作物，常年栽培面积接近0.67万hm2。为了加快当地糜子品种的更新换代，克服糜子品种混杂退化的不良局面，华池县农业技术推广中心采用系统选育的办法，选育出适于华池及陇东地区种植的糜子新品系HM10- 84-12-3。
