【摘    要】在教改活动深入开展背景下，如何立足课堂增强育人的有效性，成为教师要解决的教学难题之一。其中，阅读教学作为培育学生语感、思维能力、语言应用能力、读写等能力的重要教学活动，亦需通过教改高效发挥育人作用。本文通过探索提高小学语文阅读教学有效性的路径，以期助推小学语文教改活动科学发展。

【Abstract】In the context of the in-depth development of educational reform activities， how to enhance the effectiveness of education based on the classroom has become one of the teaching problems that teachers must solve. Among them， reading teaching is an important teaching activity that cultivates students' sense of language， thinking ability， language application ability， reading and writing ability， etc.， and it also needs to effectively play the role of education through teaching reform. This article explores ways to improve the effectiveness of primary school Chinese reading teaching， with a view to boosting the scientific development of primary school Chinese teaching reform activities.

一、提高小学语文阅读教学有效性的价值

（一）为学生和谐发展奠定基础

开展阅读活动能直接提高学生阅读理解能力，增强学生思维能力、信息处理能力、语言应用能力，帮助他们通过阅读理解体悟国内外文化，开阔其人文视野，从中汲取精神营养，优化“三观”。基于此，小学语文教师需提高阅读教学有效性，在此基础上为学生和谐发展搭建平台，使学生能高效阅读并不断提升核心素养。

（二）有效增强教师育人能力

提高阅读教学有效性意味着教师要改掉育人问题，直面育人阻力，创新育人模式，使学生爱阅读、会阅读、能阅读。为此教师需深入解读课程标准，学习践行立德树人，了解、关注、研究学情，能根据学情构建高效语文阅读课堂，继而增强自身育人能力，为助推小学语文阅读教学活动科学发展提供保障。

二、提高小学语文阅读教学有效性的难点
