【摘  要】在高中生的素质教育中，劳动教育是一项很重要的内容。劳动教育对于全面提高中小学生的素质和促进学生全面发展有着非常重要的作用。高中语文教师要在有关教学中向学生渗透有关劳动教育的内容，使学生养成劳动的观念，同时在实践上引导学生进行劳动，让学生成为劳动的主体。无论是家庭、學校或是社会，都要通过有益的劳动帮助学生养成热爱劳动的习惯。本文将对如何在高中阶段加强劳动教育进行讨论，希望对相关研究有所帮助，从而提高劳动教育质量，不断推动素质教育向更优质化的方向发展。

Exploration and Practice of Middle School Students' Labor Education under the Background of the New Era

【Abstract】In the quality education of high school students， labor education is a very important content. Labor education plays a very important role in comprehensively improving the quality of primary and middle school students and promoting their all-round development. High school Chinese teachers should infiltrate the content of labor education into the students in the relevant teaching， so that the students can develop the concept of labor， and at the same time guide the students to work in practice， so that the students become the main body of labor. Whether it is in the home， school or society， it is necessary to help students develop a habit of loving labor through beneficial labor. This article will discuss how to strengthen labor education at the senior high school stage， hoping to help related research， so as to improve the quality of labor education， and continuously promote the development of quality education in the direction of better quality.

要想培养全面发展的社会主义劳动者和拥护社会主义劳动的建设者，就应在劳动中不断锻炼其意志品质，使其在实践中体会到劳动的艰辛和价值。在高中生的劳动教育中，教师更应该注重对学生劳动意识的培养，让学生在尊重劳动与热爱劳动中实现自身的人生价值。

一、树立协同渗透劳动教育的思想

在大力提倡素质教育的今天，高中班主任应该与各科教师以及学生协同配合，积极作为劳动教育的建设者和提倡者，共同促进高中劳动教育的发展。在高中阶段，劳动教育的思想可以从三个方面来进行渗透。
