【摘 要】 目的：探究解毒散结方对乳腺癌患者放化疗后的相关影响。方法：选取乳腺癌患者61例为观察对象，以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，其中对照组30例，观察组31例。对照组实施常规治疗，而观察组则是在常规治疗的基础上加用解毒散结方进行治疗。最后对两组生活质量评分、血常规和免疫系统指标进行对比。结果：治疗后，观察组生活质量评分明显高于对照组，而血常规和免疫系统指标也要优于对照组，两组差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：解毒散结方能够有效的恢复放化疗后乳腺癌患者的血常规和免疫系统指标，并提高患者的生活质量。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of Jiedu Sanjie formula on breast cancer patients after radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods 61 cases of breast cancer patients in our hospital were selected as the observation objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method，including 30 cases in the control group and 31 cases in the observation group.The control group was treated with routine therapy，while the observation group was treated with Jiedu Sanjie formula on the basis of routine therapy.Finally，the quality of life score，blood routine test and immune system index of the two groups were compared.Results after treatment，the quality of life score of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group，and the blood routine test and immune system index were also better than that in the control group，the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion Jiedu Sanjie formula can effectively recover the blood routine and immune system indexes of breast cancer patients after radiotherapy and chemotherapy，and improve the quality of life of patients.

乳腺癌是发生在女性乳腺腺上皮组织上的一种恶性肿瘤，而患者的乳腺癌细胞一旦从乳腺腺上皮组织脱落，便会随着淋巴液或是血液迅速遍及患者的全身，使患者的生命安全受到巨大的威胁[1]。如今临床上治疗乳腺癌較为常用的方法是全乳房切除术辅以放疗或是化疗，但由于全乳房切除术会形成较大的术后创面，往往会导致患者出现淋巴漏、皮瓣坏死或是皮下积液等并发症，严重影响患者术后放化疗的实施，甚至导致放化疗的失败，使患者的身心健康遭受极大的打击。而据相关研究[2]发现，中医治疗能够明显的降低乳腺癌患者术后并发症的发生率，本文就解毒散结方对乳腺癌患者放化疗后产生的效果进行了分析，报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料 选取2018年6月至2019年11月到我院就诊的61例乳腺癌患者作为观察对象。以随机数字表法将61例乳腺癌患者分为对照组和观察组，其中对照组30例，年龄为24～43（32.19±3.64）岁;病程为3～32（18.37±4.81）月。……
