【摘 要】 蒙医药是中国传统医药文明的瑰宝，是历代蒙医药世家多年的临床总结和智慧的凝聚。蒙药方剂配伍是蒙医药理论的重要环节，是蒙药方剂现代化研究的核心部分。深入研究方剂配伍规律，对于传承、创新和发展传统蒙医药具有重要意义。目前，蒙药方剂配伍主要是通过拆方研究、化学成分研究、药代动力学研究、方剂有效组分配伍研究、血清药物化学研究等方面进行。文章对蒙药方剂配伍理论及现代研究状况进行了梳理、分析，并探讨了其中存在的问题以及对未来方剂配伍规律研究的展望。

Abstract：TraditionalMongolian medicine （TMM） is the treasure of the traditional Chinese medical civilization，with the clinical summary of the Mongolian medical expertise and the cohesion of wisdom.Mongolian medical prescription is an important part of TMM，which is of great significance to the in-depth study of the compatibility law of prescriptions and to the inheritance，innovation and development of TMM.As a core part of TMM theory，the compatibility law of prescriptions was mainly carried out through the research of prescription decomposition，chemical composition，pharmacokinetics，the compatibility of effective components of prescriptions，and the serum chemistry.In this paper，the modern research progress of the compatibility law of TMM prescriptions were reviewed and the existing problems and the prospect of the future studies were discussed.

蒙藥方剂配伍是在蒙医药基础理论的指导下，对病因进行分析，初步决定治疗方法的前提下，根据方剂配伍规律配制一定临床疗效的处方。蒙药方剂配伍规律是以蒙医药基础理论为指导，根据君臣佐使原则和“味”“消化味”“功效”三条配伍基本规律，以提高疗效，调整药物偏性，减少或抑制毒性，协同作用为目的将两味或两味以上的单味药材有序、有理、有效的组合使用[1]。正如大戟、乌头、天南星等许多蒙药，药性峻猛，对机体有副作用或有毒性，尤其是活性成分与毒性成分为同一类成分的一些药物，其因安全性较低而不乏中毒甚至死亡者。但是，如果将这些有毒且有效药物与一些其他蒙药配伍后，产生相互作用而使其原有毒性减少甚至消除，成为专治某些疑难杂症的方剂。蒙药方剂配伍绝不是单纯的药物叠加，而是存在一定的配伍规律以及严格的配伍原则，是历代医家多年的临床总结也是智慧的凝聚[2-3]。……
