【摘 要】 目的：建立不同产地牡丹皮药材的质量评价方法。方法：以17个产地的牡丹皮药材为研究对象，测定其没食子酸、儿茶素、氧化芍药苷、芍药苷、苯甲酸、丹皮酚、苯甲酰芍药苷、浸出物、总灰分的含量，结合灰色关联分析法，建立牡丹皮药材质量的灰色关联度评价模型。结果：17个产地牡丹皮药材的相对关联度在0.314～0.597之間，山西运城、安徽铜陵、安徽南陵产地牡丹皮样品的相对关联度排名靠前，药材质量较优，湖北恩施、重庆垫江、安徽亳州、山东菏泽产地牡丹皮样品的相对关联度排名靠后，药材质量较差。结论：研究结果可为牡丹皮资源的开发与利用提供参考依据。

Abstract：Objective To establish the quality evaluation method of cortex moutan from different producing areas.Methods Seventeen samples of cortex moutan from differenct producing areas were collected，the contents of gallic acid，catechin，oxidation paeoniflorin，paeoniflorin，benzoic acid，paeonol，benzoyl-paeoniflorin，extract and total ash of cortex moutan were determined.The grey correlation degree model for evaluating the quality of cortex moutan was established by grey correlation analysis.Result The relative correlation degrees of all evaluation samples were in the range of 0.314～0.597.The samples of cortex moutan produced in Yuncheng City of Shanxi Province，Tongling City of Anhui Province and Nanling City of Anhui Province ranked the top few in the relative correlation degrees，which had better quality.The samples of cortex moutan from Enshi City of Hubei Province，Dianjiang County of Chongqing，Bozhou City of Anhui Province and Heze City of Shandong Province ranked the bottom few in the relative correlation degrees，indicating that the samples produced in these areas had poor quality.Conclusion The results of this study can provide a reference basis for the exploitation and utilization of this resources.

牡丹皮为毛茛科植物牡丹Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.的干燥根皮，味苦、辛，微寒，归心、肝、肾经，具有清热凉血、活血化瘀的功效[1]，主产于安徽、山东、河南、湖南、湖北、四川、重庆等地。牡丹皮中主含酚及其苷类、单萜及其苷类两大类，亦含有机酸、三萜、黄酮、香豆素、挥发油、多糖及微量元素等多种成分[2-7]。

灰色关联分析法为灰色系统理论的重要组成部分，主要针对信息不完全、机制不明确的灰色系统，根据数据序列曲线的相似程度分析因子间的量化和序化，实现对系统的预测、决策等功能[8-11]，目前已在许多中药研究中应用，如基于灰色关联分析方法评价甘肃产红芪质量[12]、牡丹皮不同采收期质量综合评价研究[13]，采用灰色关联度法综合评价不同采收期的牡丹皮药材质量，取得了许多科技成果。……
