【摘 要】 目的：运用网络药理学技术分析国医大师伍炳彩的散寒除湿抗毒方治疗COVID-19的有效成分、作用靶点，及其治疗COVID-19的作用机制。方法：借助TCMSP数据库查询散寒除湿抗毒方的化学成分和作用靶点;分别从GeneCards和OMIM数据库筛选出COVID-19的疾病靶点;使用Cytoscape软件构建“药物-成分-靶点-疾病”网络和潜在靶点的相互作用关系，通过Metascape富集分析预测核心模块和作用机制。结果：共获得散寒除湿抗毒方潜在有效化学成分148个，去重后得到药物靶点289个，主要潜在核心靶点5个，COVID-19疾病靶点355个，药物与疾病的交集靶点59个;KEGG通路富集筛选出153条信号通路，并预测散寒除湿抗毒方主要通过17条通路治疗COVID-19，GO富集分析共得到条目1958个。结论：散寒除湿抗毒方可通过调节免疫炎症反应并直接对靶点基因进行干预，从而治疗COVID-19。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the effective component targets of SanhanChushi Kangdu recipe by Wu Bingcai，a Chinese medicine master，and its mechanism in the treatment of COVID-19.Methods By using the TCMSP database.Disease targets of COVID-19 were screened from GeneCards and OMIM databasesrespectively.Use Cytoscape software builds drugs-composition-targets-disease network interactions and potential targets，through the analysis and prediction of Metascape enrichment core modules and the mechanism of action.Results ReceivedSanhanChushi Kangdu recipe the effective Potential active chemical composition 148，to get after heavy drug targets 289，5 major potential core targets，COVID-19 targets 355 diseasetargets，the intersection of targets of drug and disease 59;The enrichment of KEGG pathway screened out 153 signaling pathways，and predicted that SanhanChushi Kangdu recipe mainly treated COVID-19 through 17 pathways.The GO enrichment analysis obtained a total of 1，958.Conclusions SanhanChushi Kangdu recipe can regulate the immune inflammatory response and directly intervene the target gene，so as to treat COVID-19.

2019年末以來，新型冠状病毒肺炎（COVID-19）逐渐在全国乃至全球爆发，引起国内外的高度重视，而中医药在COVID-19的治疗中发挥着至关重要的作用。COVID-19属于中医学“疫”病范畴[1]，病因以“湿”为主，可称之为“湿毒疫”，病位以上焦为主[2]。散寒除湿抗毒方为国医大师伍炳彩的自拟方，被纳入到“江西省新型冠状病毒肺炎中医药防治方案（试行第三版）”（以下简称江西方案）中，作为治疗寒湿郁肺证的推荐方，在江西省的疫情防治中取得了良好的效果[3]。

寒湿郁肺证是由于疫毒湿寒与伏燥搏结所致[4];国医大师伍炳彩以“寒温一统”思想为指导，以《伤寒论》-麻黄加术汤合《温病条辨》-杏苏散加减而成，起到散寒祛湿，理肺化痰的功效。……
