【摘  要】大数据驱动图书馆高质量发展是时代所趋。论文首先探讨了图书馆高质量发展的内涵和现代性特征，然后，在图书馆高质量发展的场域，通过技术与发展的互动阐述了大数据驱动图书馆高质量发展的内在逻辑，其核心就是大数据技术如何有效融入图书馆发展体系，并在此基础上构建了大数据驱动图书馆高质量发展模式，期望对从大数据驱动视角推动图书馆高质量发展有所启示。

【Abstract】It is the trend of the times to drive the high quality development of libraries with big data. This paper firstly discusses the connotation and modern characteristics of the high quality development of libraries. Then， in the field of high quality development of libraries， it expounds the internal logic of big data driving the high quality development of libraries through the interaction of technology and development， the core of which is how to effectively integrate big data technology into the development system of libraries. On this basis， this paper constructs a mode of high quality development of libraries driven by big data， and hopes to have some enlightenment to promote the high quality development of libraries from the perspective of big data driven.

1 引言

国务院在2015年发布《促进大数据发展行动纲要》，重点指出“大数据是提升各项事业治理的重要手段”，随后，习近平总书记在2017年进一步提出“建立健全基于大数据的科学决策和社会治理机制，实现决策科学化和治理精准化” [1]。这充分表明在大数据建设的新环境下，图书馆事业的发展进入一个新的发展阶段，而大数据驱动图书馆高质量的发展成为图书馆学和图书馆事业的一个新的主题，其研究在学界也是关注的热点。例如，徐丽娟认为“大数据时代，图书馆坚持以用户为中心，利用大数据优势发展图书馆的特色服务”[2];周萍认为“大数据时代，从认知层面、规划层面、数据层面和实践层面提出图书馆精准服务多维路径”[3];王世伟认为“深度智能化赋能公共图书馆服务与管理的质量”[4]。基于此，本文着眼于大数据建设时代背景，以大数据驱动为主线，从图书馆的高质量发展的时代特征和其高质量发展的内涵探索大数据驱动图书馆高质量发展的内在逻辑，在此基础上构建大数据驱动图书馆高质量发展模式。……
