藜科杂草在洋葱育苗田的空间分布型及其抽样技术

摘要:采用空间分布型检验、聚集强度指标检验和线形回归方法,研究了洋葱育苗田藜科杂草的空间分布型及其抽样技术。结果表明,洋葱育苗田藜科杂草的空间分布型呈聚集分布,聚集受栽培环境的影响较大,藜科杂草在洋葱育苗田的理论抽样模型n=3.841 6/D2(1.041/x+0.752 2)和序贯抽样模型T (1、 2)=5n±9.604■ 。

Development Situation and Countermeasures of Barely Industry in Gansu

Abstract:This paper summarized the present situation of the development of the barley industry at domestic and foreign, and combined with the present situation of the development of barley industry in Gansu, analyzed the development of the barley industry in Gansu advantage and the existing problems of low level of mechanization, low standardization technology of quality and high-yield, and low level of industrialization, and from the increase of barley industry policy support, the framework of good barley supply and marketing system, strengthen the cultivation of new barley varieties, strengthen the research on cultivation techniques is proposed to promote Gansu barley industry development, the effective ways to help farmers out of poverty 'income.

河西走廊属我国西北温带大陆性干旱气候区,土壤风蚀日益加剧。自20世纪90年代后期以来,春季浮尘、扬沙、沙尘暴等频繁发生且强度增大。河西绿洲灌区是典型的两季不足,一季有余的种植区[1 ],是北方洋葱主要的育苗和栽培地区之一。藜科杂草是西北地区主要杂草类型之一,也是河西灌区洋葱种植中主要杂草类型,然而其在洋葱育苗田的空间分布研究鲜有报道。我们调查研究了藜科杂草在洋葱出苗后立针期的大田空间分布规律及其抽样方法,旨在为洋葱育苗期的杂草防治和预测预报工作提供参考。

1   材料与方法

1.1   调查地点和方法

调查点位于甘肃省武威市凉州区吴家井乡四方墩村,平均海拔1 669 m,土壤类型为薄层荒漠土。年均降水量161 mm,年平均气温7.7 ℃。指示洋葱品种红诩,播种密度1 100~1 200粒/m2。2021年1月25 — 26日选择洋葱立针期进行田间调查。洋葱育苗日光温室面积420 m2,随机调查6座日光温室,每座日光温室为1个样本田块,每块田均按棋盘式横向选择5个点,纵向选择10个点,每1个点为1個样方,每个样方面积0.25 m2,每块田调查50个样方。……
