摘  要：大学生学习投入是确保高等教育质量的重要前提。基于756份问卷调查数据（247份来自物流管理专业），对物流管理专业大学生学习投入进行不同生源、不同年级和不同性别的专业内比较及与其他专业的横向比较。研究结果显示，物流管理专业大学生学习投入尽管略高于中等水平，但显著高于小学教育专业和信用管理专业的大学生学习投入;物流管理专业大学生学习投入存在显著的生源差异和年级差异，不存在显著的性别差异。因此，应采取差异化策略来科学提升物流管理专业大学生学习投入水平。

Abstract： The high learning engagement level of university students is the key prerequisite to ensure the high quality of higher education. Based on 756 questionnaire-survey data（247 questionnaires came from the university students majoring in logistics management）， this paper conducts a comparative research on learning engagement of the university students majoring in logistics management. It analyzes the learning engagement differences among the university students who major in logistics management based on students' sources， grades， and genders. Besides， it compares university students' learning engagement level among the logistics management major and the other majors. The comparative research results show that the learning engagement level of the university students majoring in logistics management is slightly higher than the median level， however， it is significantly higher than that of the university students majoring in primary education and credit management. It also finds that the university students majoring in logistics management who are in different grades or who come from different sources have significantly distinct levels of learning engagement. The gender difference is not statistically significant. Therefore， the differentiated strategies should be adopted to scientifically improve the learning engagement level of the university students majoring in logistics management.

學习投入，是一个刻画学习主体投入学习或学业的时间、精力和状态的重要变量[1]。物流管理专业大学生较高水平的学习投入，不仅能够有效预测学生学业成就，亦将稳实保证物流管理专业高等教育质量[2]。

以江苏师范大学为例，物流管理专业生源较为复杂，既有高考渠道又包含与当地中专院校合作办学的“3+4”中接本渠道生源。其中，高考渠道生源又采用公办本科（江苏师范大学商学院物流管理专业）和民办本科（江苏师范大学科文学院物流管理专业）两种不同培养模式。在日常课程教学活动中，即可观察到上述异质生源在学习投入方面的差异，即主观感知到的物流管理专业大学生学习投入差异是否客观存在？异质生源学习投入差异的具体体现是什么？……
