摘  要：为助力四川建设支撑国内大循环的重要经济腹地和国内国际双循环的重要门户枢纽，构建现代物流体系，打造中国物流产业高质量发展的示范省份，加快建设内陆开发战略高地，文章基于四川物流通道网络和物流运行现状，分析四川物流产业面临的主要问题，从优化物流通道枢纽网络、完善现代物流服务体系、推进“物产融合”发展、重视农村物流和国际物流、加速物流数智化转型升级、营造一流营商环境等方面提出四川现代物流高质量发展的对策措施。

Abstract： In order to help Sichuan build an important economic hinterland supporting domestic circulation and an important gateway hub for domestic and international double circulation， build a modern logistics system， build a demonstration province for the high-quality development of China's logistics industry， and speed up the construction of a strategic highland for inland development， this paper analyzes the main problems faced by Sichuan's logistics industry based on the current situation of Sichuan's logistics channel network and logistics operation. This paper puts forward countermeasures for the high-quality development of modern logistics in Sichuan province from the following aspects： transforming the logistics channel hub network， improving the modern logistics service system， promoting the development of“product integration”， attaching importance to rural logistics and international logistics， accelerating the transformation and upgrading of logistics digital intelligence， and creating a first-class business environment.

现代物流贯穿于生产、分配、流通、消费等各个领域，是现代流通体系的有机组成部分，是产业链供应链实现价值转化的关键环节，是支撑国民经济发展的战略产业、基础產业和先导产业，也是形成国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环新发展格局重要的支撑保障。2021年，国家十四五规划明确指出我国要加快建设现代物流体系和国际物流供应链体系，为全国现代物流业高质量发展指明了方向。四川省委十一届八次全会提出，要打造全国物流高质量发展示范区，建设支撑国内大循环的重要经济腹地和国内国际双循环的重要门户枢纽。四川是我国西部西区领先的经济大省、人口大省和交通大省，是多重国家战略的叠加覆盖区域，是国家向西、向南开发开放的桥头堡，推进现代物流高质量发展的战略位置十分重要。……
