【摘要】 目的：观察乳酸依沙吖啶（商品名：利凡诺）联合地塞米松磷酸钠治疗急性外耳道湿疹的效果。方法：选取2018年1月-2020年7月涿州市医院收治的急性外耳道湿疹患者204例，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组（n=102）和观察组（n=102）。对照组给予常规治疗，观察组采用利凡诺+地塞米松磷酸钠浸润纱条耳内上药。观察两组患者的近期疗效、远期疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组近期和远期总有效率均明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组治疗期间的不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：利凡诺联合地塞米松磷酸钠治疗急性外耳道湿疹患者的效果较好，而且不增加不良反应。

[Abstract] Objective： To observe the effect of Ethacridine Lactate （trade name： Rivanol） combined with Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate in the treatment of acute external auditory canal eczema. Method： A total of 204 patients with acute external auditory canal eczema admitted to Zhuozhou Hospital from January 2018 to July 2020 were selected and divided into control group （n=102） and observation group （n=102）. The control group was given routine treatment， and the observation group was given Rivanol and Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate. The short-term efficacy， long-term efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Result： The total short-term and long-term response rates of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment （P>0.05）. Conclusion： Rivanol combined with Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate in the treatment of patients with acute external auditory canal eczema has good effect， and does not increase adverse reactions.

急性外耳道湿疹是一种常见的过敏性炎症性皮肤病，主要特征为皮疹多样性，剧烈瘙痒，明显影响患者的生活和身心健康，同时也加重了社会和家庭的经济负担[1-3]。乳酸依沙吖啶（商品名：利凡诺）对细菌感染有较强的杀灭作用，在各种创伤，渗出、糜烂的感染性皮肤病及伤口冲洗中具有较好的应用价值[4-5]。地塞米松磷酸钠注射液是肾上腺皮质激素类药，具有抗炎、抗免疫等作用，广泛应用于过敏及自身免疫性疾病[6-7]。本研究通过观察利凡诺联合地塞米松磷酸钠治疗急性外耳道湿疹的效果，以期为急性外耳道湿疹的治疗提供帮助。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料 选取2018年1月1日-2020年7月31日涿州市医院收治的急性外耳道湿疹患者204例，其中男116例，女88例，年龄19～62岁，平均（41.50±9.73）岁。……
