[专家介绍]梁皓，教授，主任医师，医学博士，博士研究生导师，广西医科大学第一附属医院眼科副主任。现任中华医学会广西眼科学会常务委员，中国医师协会广西眼科学分会常务委员，中华医学会广西眼科学会白内障学组副组长，海峡两岸医药卫生交流协会白内障与屈光手术学组委员，广西防盲技术指导组副组长。擅长白内障超声乳化术、晶状体及人工晶状体脱位手术、复杂眼外伤及小儿白内障手术。主持国家自然科学基金项目2项，参与国家自然科学基金项目2项，主持省、厅级科研项目8项;研究成果荣获广西科技进步奖二等奖1项、三等奖3项，广西医药卫生适宜技术推广奖二等奖3项、三等奖3项，公开发表学术论文50余篇，SCI收录论文4篇。同时担任《中华眼视光学与视觉科学杂志》《山东大学耳鼻喉眼学报》《广西医科大学学报》编委。

【摘要】 青光眼是目前全球仅次于白内障、未矫正的屈光不正的主要致盲原因。我国最常见的药物相关性青光眼即皮质类固醇性青光眼。皮质类固醇激素常常作为一线用药长时间用于肾病综合征的患儿。总结国内外近年来关于类固醇性高眼压及青光眼的发病机制、相关因素等研究进展，提高临床医生对于部分高风险人群的警惕，合理地选择筛查时间，争取尽早地发现和干预高眼压症。

Advances on steroid in the treatment of corticosteroid glaucomainduced by nephrotic syndrome in children

【Abstract】   Glaucoma is the leading cause of blindness in the world，  which ranks only after uncorrected ametropia and cataract. The most common drug-related glaucoma in China is corticosteroid induced glaucoma. Corticosteroids are often used as first-line drugs in children with nephrotic syndrome for a long time. This paper summarizes the research progress on the pathogenesis and related factors of steroid induced intraocular hypertension and glaucoma at home and abroad in recent years， so as to improve the vigilance of clinicians for some high-risk groups， and reasonably select the screening time， which is expected to find and intervene high intraocular pressure as early as possible.
