摘 要：以新修订《中华人民共和国档案法》社会普法实践为研究对象，聚焦微信平台，分析了现有普法宣传实践在内容表达、信息推送、信息传播等方面存在的不足。具体从精准化、实效化、常态化、特色化四个角度出发提出优化策略，建议微信平台社会普法可以依照数据分析普法需求，明确特性精准利用媒介；结合法律传播思想，创新档案普法宣传内容；利用制度推进协同合作，集聚资源保障持续普法；强调公民法律角色，宣传档案法治实践。

Taking into Account the Four Dimensions： The Social Popularization Strategy of the New Archives Law on WeChat Platform

Abstract： Taking the social law popularization practice of the newly revised Archives Law of the peoples Republic of China as the research object， focusing on the WeChat platform， this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the existing law popularization propaganda practice in the aspects of content expression， information push and information dissemination. From the four dimensions of precision， effectiveness， normalization and characteristic， this paper puts forward some optimizing strategies. It is suggested that the social law popularization of WeChat platform can utilize the data to analyse of the needs of law popularization， Understanding the characteristics of the medium and its precise use； combined with the legal dissemination of ideas to innovative archives publicity content； use the system to promote collaborative cooperation， gather resources to ensure continuous law popularization； emphasize the legal role of citizens， Propagate the practice of archives rule of law.

以“堅持系统内普法与社会普法并重”为据，可将普法活动分为系统内普法和社会普法[1]，具体至档案普法则为档案系统内普法和档案社会普法，是指以除档案执法机关系统内之外的公民、法人和其他组织等社会公众为对象[2]，采取多形式、借用多渠道，以提升档案法治意识和普及知识为目的展开的活动。与档案系统内普法相比，其普法范围更广阔、手段更灵活、内容更讲求适用。

2020年6月《中华人民共和国档案法》（以下简称新《档案法》）修订后，全面释义宣传贯彻新《档案法》、强化“谁执法，谁普法”普法责任制等事项成为国家档案局政策法规研究司的工作重点。《档案法》宣传贯彻工作作为关系档案治理体系与档案治理能力现代化以及档案事业高质量发展的根本性、支撑性和保障性工作备受瞩目[3]，同时，众多档案机构也针对性开展了许多积极的档案普法活动且极大地推动了新《档案法》的社会宣传与档案意识的提升
