【摘要】 目的：探究补肾益气汤联合西医治疗糖尿病肾病的效果及对纤维化指标的影响。方法：选取本院2018年10月-2019年12月的100例糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象。将其根据治疗方案的不同分为对照组（常规糖尿病肾病西医治疗）和观察组（补肾益气汤联合西医治疗），每组50例。比较两组治疗6、12周后的总有效率、治疗前后的肾功能指标、肾血流指标及血清纤维化指标。结果：治疗6、12周后，观察组的总有效率均显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治療前，两组的肾功能指标、肾血流指标及血清纤维化指标比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。治疗6、12周后，观察组的肾功能指标、肾血流指标RI及血清纤维化指标均显著低于对照组，Vmax及Vmin均显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：补肾益气汤联合西医治疗在糖尿病肾病中的疗效较好，且可有效控制患者的纤维化状态，因此在糖尿病肾病患者中的应用价值较高。

[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the effect of Bushen Yiqi Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy and influence for fibrosis indexes. Method： A total of 100 patients with diabetic nephropathy in our hospital from October 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into the control group （conventional western medicine treatment for diabetic nephropathy） and the observation group （Bushen Yiqi Decoction combined with western medicine treatment） according to different treatment schemes， 50 cases in each group. The total effective rate， renal function indexes， renal blood flow indexes and serum fibrosis indexes before and after treatment were compared between two groups after 6 and 12 weeks of treatment. Result： After 6 and 12 weeks of treatment， the total effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Before treatment， there were no significant differences in renal function indexes， renal blood flow indexes and serum fibrosis indexes between two groups （P>0.05）. After 6 and 12 weeks of treatment， renal function indexes， renal blood flow indexes RI and serum fibrosis indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group， while Vmax and Vmin were significantly higher than those in the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of Bushen Yiqi Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy is better， and it can effectively control the fibrosis state of patients， so its application value in the patients with diabetic nephropathy is higher.

随着糖尿病发病率的升高，糖尿病肾病在我国的发病率也呈现显著升高的状态，而对糖尿病肾病的诊治研究是临床重点。既往采用西医治疗糖尿病肾病的研究多见，效果参差不齐[1-2]，但是其效果多需进一步提升。而临床中采用中西医结合治疗的研究不断增多，补肾益气汤治疗糖尿病肾病的研究也不断增多，但是其对于疾病的控制效果及疾病所致纤维化情况的改善作用研究极为匮乏[3-5]，因此其在糖尿病肾病患者中的综合应用价值仍有待深入探究。本研究就补肾益气汤联合西医治疗在糖尿病肾病中的效果及对纤维化指标的影响进行探究，现报道如下。
