[摘要] 目的 觀察提醒和定期评估管理模式在预防导尿管相关尿路感染中的应用效果。 方法 抽取2019年6月至2020年12月我院收治的80例患者为临床研究对象，所有患者均为ICU住院患者，且留置导尿管，根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组各40例，其中对照组采用常规留置导尿管理模式，观察组实施提醒和定期评估管理模式，比较两组留置导尿管理遗漏率、导尿管管理观察指标情况及生活质量评分。 结果 观察组患者留置导尿管理遗漏率为2.50%，显著低于对照组的17.50%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组患者导尿管留置时间为（12.17±2.14）d，显著短于对照组的（15.93±4.20）d，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组患者CAUTI 感染率为2.50%，显著低于对照组的10.00%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组患者身体状况、情绪状态、认知状态、躯体疼痛评分显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 提醒和定期评估管理模式能有效预防导尿管相关尿路感染风险，降低遗漏，提升患者生活质量，值得推广。

Application of the management model of reminder and regular evaluation in the prevention of catheter-related urinary tract infection

[Abstract] Objective To observe the application effect of the management model of reminder and regular evaluation in the prevention of catheter-related urinary tract infections. Methods A total of 80 patients who were admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to December 2020 were selected as clinical study subjects. All patients were ICU inpatients with indwelling catheters. According to the random number table method， they were divided into the control group and the observation group， with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given the management model of conventional indwelling catheterization， and the observation group was given the management model of reminder and regular evaluation. The missed rate of indwelling catheter management， the observation indices of catheter management and the quality of life score after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results The missed rate of indwelling catheterization management in the observation group was 2.50%， which was significantly lower than that of 17.50% in the control group，with significant difference（P<0.05）; the indwelling time of catheter in the observation group was （12.17±2.14） days， which was significantly shorter than that of（15.93±4.20） days in the control group，with significant difference（P<0.05）; the CAUTI infection rate in the observation group was 2.50%， which was significantly lower than that of 10.00% in the control group，with significant difference（P<0.05）; the physical condition，emotional state，cognitive state，and physical pain scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group， with significant difference（P<0.05）.Conclusion The management model of reminder and regular evaluation can effectively prevent the risk of catheter-related urinary tract infection， reduce missed rate， and improve the quality of life of patients， which is worthy of promotion.

住院患者出现医源性感染的风险较高，随着医疗水平的发展，侵入性操作的应用逐渐普遍，医疗器械相关性感染发生率也逐渐上升，其中导尿管相关尿路感染尤为典型。临床研究发现，目前临床上导管相关性尿路感染发生风险正处于逐渐上升的趋势，通过多通道策略的实施，能够有效预防尿路感染的发生[1]。为保障住院患者的安全性，降低尿路感染的发生率，选择一种有效的预防、评估、管理模式十分重要。临床研究发现，提醒和定期评估管理模式在预防尿路感染方面效果显著，本研究抽取2019年6月至2020年12月我院收治的80例患者为研究对象，旨在探讨提醒和定期评估管理模式应用于导尿管相关尿路感染预防管理的效果，以期为临床留置导尿日常管理提供全新的管理模式，并取得十分理想的临床效果，现报道如下。……
