[摘要] 目的 探討基于ERAS（Enhance recovery after surgery program，ERAS）理念的带教模式在护理硕士专业学位研究生（Master of nursing specialist，MNS）核心能力培养中的应用效果。 方法 选取2018年1月至2019年12月在胸外科进行临床轮转的MNS 12名，采用基于ERAS理念的带教模式进行带教。采用护理迷你临床演练评估表（Nursing Mini-Cex）评价MNS的护理问诊、护理查体、护理诊断、护理措施、人文关怀、健康咨询、组织效能、整体评价，以及MNS的总体得分、学生和教师的使用测评满意度结果对比。采用中国护士核心能力量表（Competency inventory for registered nurse，CIRN）评价MNS的临床护理能力、领导能力、人际关系能力、伦理与法律实践能力、专业发展能力、教育/咨询能力、评判性思维/科研能力以及总体得分。 结果 带教前后，MNS在Nursing Mini-Cex的测评得分显示，护理问诊、护理查体、护理诊断、护理措施、人文关怀、健康咨询、组织效能、整体评价对比差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）;总分对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;在学生满意度和教师满意度方面，结果显示差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。MNS在中国护士核心能力量表的测评得分显示，临床护理能力、领导能力、人际关系能力、伦理与法律实践能力、专业发展能力、教育/咨询能力、评判性思维/科研能力、总分对比差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 基于ERAS理念的带教模式具有较好的临床运用效果，能明显提升护理硕士专业学位研究生的护士核心能力。

Study on the application of teaching mode based on ERAS concept in the cultivation of core competence of master of nursing specialist

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of teaching mode based on enhance recovery after surgery program（ERAS） concept in cultivating the core competence of master of nursing specialist（MNS）. Methods A total of 12 MNS who underwent clinical rotation in thoracic surgery from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and taught by the teaching mode based on ERAS concept. Nursing Mini-Cex was used to evaluate MNS′s nursing inquiry， nursing physical examination， nursing diagnosis， nursing measures， humanistic care， health consultation， organizational effectiveness and overall evaluation， as well as the overall score of MNS， and the comparison of students′ and teachers′ satisfaction. The competency inventory for registered nurse（CIRN） was used to evaluate MNS′s clinical nursing ability， leadership ability， interpersonal relationship ability， ethics and legal practice ability， professional development ability， education/consultation ability， critical thinking/scientific research ability and the overall scores. Results Before and after teaching， the scores of MNS in Nursing Mini-Cex showed that there was no significant difference in nursing inquiry， nursing physical examination， nursing diagnosis， nursing measures， humanistic care， health consultation， organizational efficiency and overall evaluation（P>0.05）， with statistically significant difference of total score（P<0.05）. In terms of students′ and teachers′ satisfaction， the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. The scores of MNS in China Nurses′ Core Competence Scale showed that there were significant differences in clinical nursing ability， leadership ability， interpersonal relationship ability， ethics and legal practice ability， professional development ability， education/consultation ability， critical thinking/scientific research ability and total score（P<0.05）. Conclusion The teaching mode based on ERAS concept has a good clinical application effect， which can obviously improve the core competence of MNS.
