[摘要] 临床实践发现，人们在某个特定的环境中产生的较为强烈的心理暗示，称之为意念力，其具有双向作用、个体差异性强、相对稳定性和阻断可塑性、可自动增强等四项基础属性，可以用来指导临床心理护理的实施。意念力在结直肠癌患者中普遍存在，且多为不良信息反馈，会影响临床疗效和疾病预后。而心理护理可以帮助患者建立良好意念反馈，在结直肠癌患者的治疗中（手術、放化疗）心理护理十分重要，因此必须重视加强心理干预护理来帮助结直肠癌患者建立良好的信息反馈，对患者的生存时间和生存质量具有重大意义。基于此，笔者浅谈结直肠癌心理护理对临床作用的研究进展。

Research progress of psychological nursing for patients with colorectal cancer

[Abstract] Clinical practice has found that people′s strong psychological suggestion in a specific environment， which is called intention， has four basic attributes， namely， bidirectional action， strong individual difference， relative stability and blocking plasticity and automatic enhancement， which can be applied to guide the implementation of clinical psychological nursing. Intention is widespread in patients with colorectal cancer， and most of whom receive bad information feedback， which impact clinical efficacy and prognosis. Psychological nursing can help patients establish good thought feedback， and psychological nursing is very important on patients with colorectal cancer（surgery， radiotherapy and chemotherapy）. Therefore， it should be paid attention by strengthening psychological intervention nursing to help patients with colorectal cancer establish good information feedback， which is of great significance to the survival time and quality of life of patients. Based on this， the author has discussed the research progress of psychological nursing for patients with colorectal cancer.

调查数据显示，过去十年间全球癌症发病率增长了22%以上，癌症已经成为21世纪危害人类健康的重要疾病之一，如何预防及治疗癌症是当前医学最热门的命题。在我国，结直肠癌作为第四大癌症，且患病人数呈逐年上升趋势，当前正在处于攻克研究结直肠癌的瓶颈中，针对结直肠癌的整体治疗并没有大的改善，因此需要打破常规思路，另辟蹊径，重新聚焦关注点。人们关注焦点常在结直肠癌患者的治疗上，这一目标显然在短期内基本无法得到突破;而与患者相关的生存时间和生存质量问题并未得到应有的重视，对患者非常重要。……
