[摘要] 目的 研究保真湯对于治疗气阴两虚型肺间质纤维化的临床疗效。 方法 选择2017年10月至2020年1月我科门诊收治的34例气阴两虚型肺间质纤维化患者，将受试者分为试验组和对照组，每组各17例。试验组患者采用保真汤加减治疗+常规西医治疗，对照组患者采用常规西医治疗，比较两组患者疗效、治疗前后临床症状积分及预后情况。 结果 试验组治疗总有效率为94.12%，明显高于对照组的52.94%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;试验组患者治疗后症状评分较治疗前显著改善，且试验组改善情况明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;试验组在肺功能FVC降低程度、肺纤维化及蜂窝样变程度（HRCT）、总分得分显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 保真汤对于气阴两虚型肺间质纤维化患者的临床疗效显著，不仅能有效改善临床症状，同时能够减慢肺纤维化速度，延长患者生命，改善患者生活质量，值得临床上推广及应用。

Clinical efficacy of Baozhen Decoction in treatment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis with deficiency of qi and yin

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of Baozhen Decoction on pulmonary interstitial fibrosis with deficiency of both qi and yin. Methods A total of 34 patients with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis with deficiency of both qi and yin admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to January 2020 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group，with 17 cases in each group. The experimental group was given Baozhen Decoction plus conventional Western medicine treatment，and the control group was given conventional western medicine treatment. The curative effect，clinical symptoms score between the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was 94.12%， which was higher than that of 52.94% in the control group，and the difference was significant（P<0.05）. The symptom scores in the experimental group improved more significantly after treatment than that before， and the improvement in the experimental group was better than that in the control group， and the difference was significant（P<0.05）. The changes of FVC of lung function， the degree of fibrosis， honeycomb-like changes in HRCT and total scores were higher than those in the control group，with significant difference（P<0.05）. Conclusion Baozhen Decoction is effective in treating patients with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis due to deficiency of both qi and yin. It can not only effectively improve clinical symptoms， but also slow down the pulmonary fibrosis， prolong patients′ life and improve the life quality of patients， which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.

随着社会的进步和经济的发展，现代人们的平均寿命在不断提高，社会逐渐步入老龄化进程，肺纤维化发病率逐步升高。该病病因多而杂，病机至今尚未明确，在肺病中属于疑难杂症，其特点是病情加重较快，死亡率较高，目前已严重危害了人类的健康。肺间质纤维化是肺间质炎症性疾病的一种，该病的主要病变部位在肺间质，也可累及肺血管与肺泡上皮细胞，肺纤维是该病的主要临床特征[1]。肺间质纤维化多发生在40～50岁，男性多于女性。初期表现为剧烈活动后呼吸困难，有些患者伴有不同程度的咳嗽、咳少许白色黏痰，若未经及时治疗，随着病情的不断进展，最终可出现呼吸浅快、紫绀，病情晚期若大量没有气體交换功能的纤维化组织代替肺泡，导致氧不能进入血液，患者呼吸不畅、缺氧、酸中毒、丧失劳动力，严重者最后可致死亡。……
