[摘要] 目的 探讨金鱼外洗方联合滋养精华乳治疗婴幼儿湿疹的疗效。 方法 将2017年10月至2019年10月本院门诊收治的144例婴幼儿湿疹作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为治疗组（n=52）、对照组A（n=43）、对照组B（n=49）三组。治疗组给予金鱼外洗方联合滋养精华乳，对照组A单纯给予金鱼方外洗，对照组B单纯给予滋养精华乳外涂。比较三组患儿临床疗效和临床症候评分。 结果 对照组A、B治疗总有效率均低于治疗组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;治疗第1天，三组自觉症状、他觉症状评分相比，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;治疗第7天、治疗第14天，三组自觉症状、他觉症状评分均较治疗第1天低（P<0.05）;治疗第7、14天，对照组A、B自觉症状、他觉症状评分均高于治疗组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 金鱼外洗方联合滋养精华乳治疗婴幼儿湿疹疗效较显著，能有效缓解患儿临床症状，改善皮肤状态，值得临床推广。

The therapeutic effect of Jin Yu Waixi Recipe combined with nourishing essence milk on infantile eczema

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of Jin Yu Waixi Recipe combined with nourishing essence milk in the treatment of infantile eczema. Methods A total of 144 cased of infantile eczema treated in the outpatient clinic of our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were taken as the research objects. They were divided into three groups using a random number table method， including the treatment group （n=52）， the control group A （n=43）， and the control group B（n=49）. The treatment group was treated with Jin Yu Waixi Recipe combined with nourishing essence milk. The control group A was treated with simply Jin Yu Waixi Recipe. The control group B applied nourishing essence milk externally. The clinical efficacy and clinical symptom scores of the three groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the control group A and B was lower than that in the treatment group， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. On the first day of treatment， there was no significant difference in the scores of subjective symptoms and other symptoms among each group（P>0.05）. The scores of each group on the 7th and 14th days of treatment were lower than those on the first day of treatment（P<0.05）. The scores of subjective symptoms and other symptoms in the control group A and B were higher than those in the treatment group on the 7th and 14th days of treatment， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion Jin Yu Waixi Recipe combined with nourishing essence milk has a significant effect on the treatment of infant eczema， which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of children and improve the skin condition. It is worthy of clinical promotion.

婴儿湿疹多发生在生后1～3个月，6个月后逐渐减轻，2岁以后大多逐渐缓解，部分患儿延至幼儿或儿童期，发病率为72.53%;其病因复杂，通常认为是由遗传因素、细菌感染及环境因素综合作用的结果，但尚未完全明确[1]。目前，临床治疗原则以缓解其临床症状为主，西医治疗以消除症状为主。因激素毒、副作用大，有依赖性，停药易复发，难以达到理想疗效，关键是现在许多家长拒绝给患儿使用激素治疗湿疹，除了婴儿口服药物容易引起呛咳外，家长们也不接受口服药物治疗湿疹，因此中药制剂及医用护肤品逐渐受到关注，开发安全有效的外用药物治疗婴儿湿疹是目前的当务之急[2]。因此，本研究采用我科临床使用金鱼外洗方联合护肤精华乳，应用于婴儿湿疹患者，希望能更好地为患儿解除病痛，改善生活质量，现报道如下。……
