支气管肺炎患儿血清IGF-β、TNF-α、SOD水平的变化及临床意义

[摘要] 目的 分析支气管肺炎患儿血清胰岛素样生长因子-β(IGF-β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平的变化及临床意义。 方法 选取2019年1月至2020年1月支气管肺炎患儿50例作为研究组,同时选取同期在我院进行常规检查的健康儿童50名作为对照组。观察对比对照组与研究组的血清IGF-β、TNF-α、SOD水平差异;研究组治疗前、后的血清IGF-β、TNF-α、SOD水平差异。 结果 研究组血清IGF-β水平及TNF-α水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组血清SOD水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后的血清IGF-β水平及TNF-α水平显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),研究组治疗后血清SOD水平显著高于治疗前(P<0.05)。結论 对支气管肺炎患儿进行血清IGF-β、TNF-α、SOD水平的检测,在患儿临床诊断及病情预后评估中具有一定的参考意义。

Changes and clinical significance analysis of serum IGF-β,TNF-α and SOD levels in children with bronchopneumonia

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance analysis of serum insulin-like growth factor-β (IGF-β), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) in children with bronchopneumonia. Methods A total of 50 children with bronchopneumonia treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the study group. At the same time, 50 healthy children who underwent routine examination in our hospital were selected as the control group. The differences of serum IGF-β,TNF-α and SOD levels were observed and compared between the control group and the study group. The levels of serum IGF-β,TNF-α and SOD in the study group were observed before and after treatment. Results The levels of serum IGF-β and TNF-α in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Serum SOD level in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of serum IGF-β and TNF-α in the study group after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), while the level of serum SOD in the study group after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion Detection of serum IGF-β, TNF-α and SOD levels has certain reference significance in clinical diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of children with bronchopneumonia.

支气管肺炎是临床中常见的一种多发性疾病,重症患儿通常会合并出现心力衰竭,是导致婴幼儿发生死亡的一项主要原因[1-2]。近年来,支气管肺炎发病率显著升高,对小儿的正常发育产生了严重的不良影响,与此同时,支气管肺炎也给患儿家庭造成了沉重的压力及负担。小儿感染呼吸系统方面的病原微生物感染通常会伴随出现调节机制及免疫应答方面的紊乱现象[3]。因为小儿在免疫系统方面依旧处于发育阶段,尚不健全;且小儿的免疫功能也并不完善。为了更进一步的探讨支气管肺炎患儿相关血清指标在水平方面的改变及病情变化之间的关系,本研究选取2019年1月至2020年1月支气管肺炎患儿50例作为研究组,同时选取同期在我院进行常规检查的健康儿童50名作为对照组,现报道如下。
1 资料与方法
