【摘  要】互联网时代是知识经济时代，更是分享经济时代，而财务管理工作作为管理工作的核心内容，如何提高财务管理工作的水平、提升整体工作效率是当下应该着重考虑的课题。论文基于财务共享服务下互联网时代管理会计信息化的发展展开了一系列论述，针对现状问题进行了阐述，重点从完善管理制度、优化结构、革新流程、加强技术开发四方面提出了对策建议，旨在提升财务工作的整体水平。

【Abstract】The internet era is the era of knowledge economy， but also the era of sharing economy. Financial management is the core content of management. How to improve the level of financial management and improve overall work efficiency is a topic that should be considered now. Based on the development of management accounting informatization in the internet era of financial sharing services， this paper launches a series of discussions， and elaborates on the current problems. It mainly puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects， including improving the management system， optimizing the structure， innovating the process and strengthening the technology development， aiming to improve the overall level of financial work.

1 基于财务共享服务论“互联网+”时代管理会计信息化现状

“互联网+”时代我国市场竞争加剧，不仅需要面临国内市场的竞争，还需要面临国际市场的竞争。为了能够更好地提升竞争能力，需要提升内部运营能力，提高内部综合管理实力。因此，对管理会计提出了更高的要求，管理会计信息化得到了进一步发展，通过管理会计信息化实现对内部工作的提升，从而实现整体管理效率的提高。而目前我国也出台了一系列的会计准则制度，基于互联网下对管理会计工作行为也进行了一定的约束。在实际工作的过程中，要不断强化对会计信息化的重视程度，以相应法规制度为基础，进行会计相关活动，为管理层制定决策提供有价值的会计信息，以提高决策的科学性。但是目前我国管理会计的职能没有得到充分发挥，管理会计的职能还仅仅局限于数据核算与信息披露方面，信息化水平非常的低，很多的管理会计职能不能充分发挥，不利于内部管理水平的全面提升。……
