【摘  要】随着我国经济的快速发展，国家对装配式建筑构件生产的成本控制越来越重视。为了进一步提升装配式建筑构件的成本控制水平，需要从装配式建筑构件的各生产环节入手，通过企业内部控制与外部协同控制相结合的方式，分析控制因素，制定成本控制原则和成本控制措施，提出合理化建议，以提高企业的生产成本管理水平。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of China's economy， the country pays more and more attention to the cost control of the production of prefabricated building components. In order to further improve the cost control level of prefabricated building components， it is necessary to start with each production link of prefabricated building components， analyze control factors and formulate cost control principles and cost control measures through the combination of internal control and external collaborative control of the enterprises， put forward reasonable suggestions to improve the production cost management level of the enterprises.

1 引言

“十三五”期间，国家大力推进装配式建筑，据住建部有关数据，2019年装配式建筑新开工面积同比增长45%，预计到2025年新开工面积复合增长率将超过15%，导致大量建筑相关企业参与行业竞争，国内装配式建筑行业竞争已进入“红海”。与往年相比，PC构件市场价格已下降近30%，恶性竞争凸显，如何控制生产成本，提高企业自身的竞争力，已成为当前企业发展的首要任务。当前主流的装配式建筑分为装配式混凝土和钢结构建筑两种形式。本文以装配式混凝土构件生产的全过程，综合考虑其生产成本控制。

2 装配式建筑构件生产的基本问题

2.1 生产成本过大

在装配式建筑构件生产过程中，构件生产的主要成本除钢筋和混凝土等原材料成本外，还包括人工、模具、运输、埋件、管理等其他成本。原材料成本随市场行情波动，成本下降的空间有限，只能控制生产成本的其他因素，但当前构件的产品标准化程度不高，要根据项目的实际情况定制模具，无法实现规模生产，致使流水线设备以及模具摊销成本大。……
