【摘  要】随着当前社会与经济的发展，对于石油等能源物质的需求量不断增加，石油在物流运输过程中所产生的成本也在不断提升。为降低我国石油物流运输工作过程中的成本，需要对当前石油物流的整体发展进行研究，并且基于此构建中国石油物流网络系统，从而使石油物流网络的整体运转效率得到提升并且降低成本。

【Abstract】With the current social and economic development， the demand for oil and other energy substances is increasing， and the cost of oil in the process of logistics and transportation is also increasing. In order to reduce the cost in the process of China's petroleum logistics transportation， it is necessary to study the overall development of the current petroleum logistics， and build China's petroleum logistics network system based on this， so as to improve the overall operation efficiency of the petroleum logistics network and reduce the cost.

1 引言

石油是关系到我国经济发展以及国际民生的最重要的能源物质之一，所以对于整个石油产业来讲，在发展过程中产业链非常长，而且与石油产业有关的关联行业也非常多，所以在世界经济不断演化与变革的过程中，我国的石油物流企业面临着新的挑战，传统的物流体系以及工作模式已经不能够满足当前整体石油物流工作的发展需要。尤其是随着当前信息化技术以及网络化技术的快速发展，在物流系统发展的过程中，网络化也是最主要的发展方向，所以需要基于此对当前我国石油物流体系以及物流网络的构建和实现进行探讨。

2 我国石油物流网络系统建构内容

我国石油物流网络系统建构内容主要有：石油物流网络系统结构组成以及石油物流网络系统组成的分析。
