【摘    要】随着时代的发展，各国之间的竞争演变成科技的竞争，而科技的竞争归根结底是人才的竞争，国家的发展靠人才，人才的成长靠教育。教师应增强自身对德育重要性的认识，结合学科特点，实施具体教育，要认识到“学生的头脑不是被填充的容器，而是需要被点燃的火把”。高中语文课程也承载着落实德育的重要任务，语文教师要结合学科特点，实施具体教育，把语文教学和德育结合起来，帮助学生形成正确的观念和高尚的品质。

【Abstract】With the development of the times， the competition between countries has evolved into the competition of science and technology， and the competition of science and technology is ultimately the competition of talents. The development of the country depends on talents， and the growth of talents depends on education. Teachers should strengthen their own understanding of the importance of moral education， combine subject characteristics， implement specific education， and realize that "the student's mind is not a container to be filled， but a torch that needs to be lit." High school Chinese courses also carry the important task of implementing moral education. Chinese teachers should combine subject characteristics， implement specific education， combine Chinese teaching with moral education， and help students form correct concepts and noble qualities.

当今世界发展日新月异，各国之间的竞争最终演变成人才的竞争。作为一名教育工作者，笔者深感自身责任的光荣和艰巨！语文学科在对学生的德育方面有着得天独厚的优势，这就需要语文教师在充分了解学生生理和心理特点的基础上，根据学科特点，采取科学、多样化的教学手段，将德育渗透到语文教学的每一个环节中。高中阶段是学生人格形成的关键期，这一阶段对学生进行德育的熏陶，对学生今后的发展起着关键作用。但是目前高中生的德育问题却层出不穷，如学生逃课、打架、沉迷网络、偷窃……教育工作者肩负的责任重大。笔者结合自己的教学经历，谈谈语文教学中渗透德育的一些建议。

一、 增强教师自身对德育重要性的认识

如果把对学生的教育比喻成一艘船的话，那可以说知识性教育相当于是船的动力系统，而德育则是船保持正确航向的舵。
