【摘    要】在我国不断加大教育改革力度的时代背景下，越来越多的学校已经改变了传统的教学模式，将新时代的教学方法更好地融入了教师的教学中，当然中学体育教学也被划定在教育改革的范围内。而要想更好地提升中学体育教学的质量，培养新时代的优秀人才，学校就必须注重体育教学有效性的提升。本文主要针对如何提升中学体育教学有效性这一热点话题进行探讨，以期为相关教育领域研究提供参考。

【Abstract】In the context of the continuous increase in education reform in my country， more and more schools have changed the traditional teaching mode， and better integrated the teaching methods of the new era into the teaching of teachers. Of course， middle school physical education has also been designated Set within the scope of education reform. In order to better improve the quality of middle school physical education and cultivate outstanding talents in the new era， schools must focus on improving the effectiveness of physical education. This article mainly discusses the hot topic of how to improve the effectiveness of middle school physical education， in order to provide references for related education research.

有效性教学与传统的教学模式相比较，其不仅局限于教师教授学生知识，还关系到教学后学生的健康状况、心理素质等多方面是否有向好的方面改变的趋势。在现阶段我国十分重视素质教育的背景下，体育教学必须做出改变，不断探索提升教学有效性的方式。总的来讲，教师作为课堂中的重要主体之一，必须清晰地认识到提升中学体育教学有效性的迫切程度。

一、提升中学体育教学有效性的意义

伴随着近年来我国教育水平的整体提升以及改革的不断深入，越来越多的中学生学到的知识不再局限于课本上的内容，而呈现出多样化发展的趋势。特别是随着体育教学各项政策的实施，无论是学校、教师还是学生个人，都在持续提升参加体育锻炼的积极性。但不可否认的是，体育教学的整体效率没有得到很大程度的提升，所以现阶段学校必须加强体育教学的有效性。……
