摘 要：多元主体协同参与数字档案资源开发是数字时代档案资源开发的新形式，为档案资源开发模式转型提供了新契机。在梳理多元主体关系对其重新进行角色厘定的基础上，文章构建了多元社会主体共同参与开发与建构社会记忆的框架，包括档案主管部门主导下的协同参与、档案开发部门引导下的开发深化、公众交流合作推动下的知识转化和多元主体行动下的社会记忆构建四个阶段，并从主动开放数字档案资源、协同建设数字档案资源库、以信息技术优化开发效率和完善多元主体权利保障机制四个角度提出了发展策略。

Research on the Development Mode of Digital Archive Resource Diversification from the Perspective of Synergetic Effect

Abstract：The collaborative participation of multiple subjects in the development of digital archives resources is a new form of archives resources development in the digital era， which provides a new opportunity for the transformation of archives resources development mode. On the basis of sorting out the relationship of multiple subjects and redefining their roles， this paper constructs a framework for multiple social subjects to participate in the development and construct social memory， including the collaborative participation under the leadership of archives administrative departments， the deepening of development under the guidance of archives development departments， the knowledge transformation under the promotion of public communication and cooperation， and the construction of social memory under the action of multiple development subjects Four stages， and from the initiative to open digital archives resources， collaborative construction of digital archives resources， information technology to optimize the quality of development efficiency and improve the protection mechanism of the rights of multiple subjects put forward four development strategies.

檔案资源作为支持社会发展的记忆载体，具备传承知识与文化的重要功能，数字档案资源的崛起，为档案资源观增添了新视角[1]。档案资源的开发利用一直是学界探讨的热点议题，近年来，随着数字技术的发展，档案在开放理念的驱动下也越来越彰显出其在数字世界的特色价值。“档案信息资源开发的基本精神就是档案管理部门根据社会的客观需要，主动地挖掘档案信息，以充分发挥档案的价值作用”。[2]可以看出，长期以来传统意义上的档案资源开发主导者都是档案机构，这一界定实质上体现了由档案主管部门所掌控的对知识的建构及控制权力[3]。多元主体如何协同参与数字档案资源开发，充分发挥社会力……
