摘 要：档案话语意指档案内容所映射的叙事意义以及围绕档案建构过程的参与要素。后保管模式下，档案话语发生多维转向更迭，具体表现在话语构成、话语实践以及话语秩序等方面。通过解构具体实践中的权责矛盾、范式冲突、职能失调、本体危机等外化困境，窥探档案话语在后保管模式应用中理念转向与实践转向的速率适配性问题，进而提出话语形成的控制原则、话语场域的参与原则以及话语描述的分立原则的柔性策略，为实现档案话语体系的全新构建提供参考路径。

Analysis of the Flexible Turn of Archive Discourse in the Practice of the Post-Custodial Paradigm

Abstract： Archival discourse refers to the narrative meaning set mapped by the archives content and the participating elements around the archival construction process. In the post-custodial mode， the discourse of the archives undergoes multi-dimensional turn and change， which is manifested in aspects such as discourse composition， discourse practice and discourse order. Through the deconstruction of power and responsibility contradictions， paradigm conflicts， dysfunctions， ontological crises and other externalization dilemmas in specific practice， pry into the problem of the rate adaptation between concept turn and practice turn of archive discourse in the application of post-custodial paradigm. And then a flexible strategy including the control principle of discourse formation， the principle of participation in the discourse field and the principle of separation of discourse description is proposed to provide a reference path for the realization of a new construction of the archive discourse system.

1981年漢姆提出后保管这一概念以来，不同学者对档案学的新范式提出多维度见解。例如杰拉尔德·汉姆[1]侧重探索档案馆的职能转变，认为在后保管模式下，档案馆应承担更多新职责，介入信息生成和管理过程中;特里·库克[2]则指出档案实体的价值从管理向外延展，档案的产生背景和有机联系将得到重视。当前普遍认为，后保管理念的诞生受后现代主义思想的影响[3]，由此开展的实践探索逐步聚焦于去殖民化、关注弱势群体、避免种族分歧等后现代话语主题。在此背景下，档案的话语价值、叙事主体、方式原则、实践侧重均有所不同，其在话语实践探索中暴露出的问题也亟须厘清。
