摘 要：参与式档案管理逐渐受到档案界的关注。虚拟空间、关系网络和数字技术成为社会力量参与档案管理的权力来源，但社会力量参与权力的实现受权力主体权利意识淡薄、权利保障缺乏、权利行使途径有限等的限制。档案专业权力主体应与社会公众权力主体协同努力，开展主体培育，完善制度保障，丰富参与途径。

Research on the Source and Realization of Participating Power of Social Forces in Participatory Archives Management

Abstract： Participatory archives management has gradually attracted the attention of the archives community. Virtual space， relationship network and digital technology have become the source of power for social forces to participate in archives management， but the realization of social forces participation in power has been restricted by the weak awareness of power subjects rights， lack of rights protection， and limited ways to exercise rights. Therefore， the subject of power of archival specialty should make concerted efforts with the subject of public power， develop the subject， improve the system guarantee， enrich the participation channels.

信息技術革命改变了人类的生活方式，新的组织与管理模式应运而生，档案机构也在不断适应并进行管理与服务方面的转型。其中，参与式文化受到档案工作者的关注，档案学语境下的“参与”研究逐渐增多。档案是权力建构的产物[1]，在参与式档案管理中，社会力量的参与权力由何而来，又如何运行从而实现多方权力主体的共赢，应当受到学界的合理审视。

1参与式档案管理研究现状

“参与”这一概念在中国档案学研究语境中呈现出多样性及复杂性的特点。有学者从“参与媒介”这一角度出发，探索如何利用社交网络扩大档案信息服务社会化的范围，增强用户与档案专业主体的交流与互动。[2-4]也有学者将“参与”视为社会公众与档案专业主体共同处理某类档案事务的方式或途径。如徐海静将目前城市记忆“参与式档案管理”实践活动分为档案部门主导型实践、学会组织主导型实践、公众主导型实践、机构协助型实践四个类型。[5]又如加小双等对数字档案资源建设中的各类参与式实践进行分析，认为有参与式数字档案资源建设和参与式社区建档两大类。……
