摘 要：文章从新冠肺炎疫情档案的征集数量、征集质量、征集方式、征集管理四方面，对我国31个省（自治区、直辖市）的综合档案馆的新冠肺炎疫情档案征集现状进行网络调查，发现存在档案征集数量不足、档案征集方式单一、档案征集内容结构不合理等问题。基于大档案观的档案范畴理念以及档案大开发、档案社会化、档案开放等思想，综合档案馆可采取拓宽征集范围、规范征集质量、优化征集方式、构建档案专题数据库、推进档案开发利用的策略，以改进相关工作。

Research on the Collection of COVID-19 Epidemic Archives in Chinese Provincial Comprehensive Archives from the Perspective of Large Archives

Abstract：This article conducted an online survey on the current status of the collection of COVID-19 Archives in the provincial comprehensive archives of 31 provinces （including autonomous regions and municipalities） from the four aspects： the number， quality， method， and management of COVID-19 archives collections. The survey found at present， the provincial comprehensive archives have problems such as insufficient number of archives collections， single collection method of archives， unreasonable structure of archive collection content， etc. Then， based on the concept of big archives， including the ideas of archives category， archives development， archives socialization and archives opening， this article proposed that archives should expand the scope of collection， standardize archive collection quality， optimize archive collection methods， construct archives thematic database， and promote archive development and utilization.

2020年初，湖北武汉暴发了新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情，受到全世界的关注。习近平总书记指出：“这次新冠肺炎疫情，是新中国成立以来在我国发生的传播速度最快、感染范围最广、防控难度最大的一次重大突发公共卫生事件”。[1]新冠肺炎疫情档案（以下简称“疫情档案”）是国家机构、社会组织以及个人等主体在新冠肺炎疫情过程中形成的具有保存价值的包括文字、图像、视频等形式在内的真实记录，客观反映了社会各界抗击新冠肺炎疫情的全过程，收集并整合疫情档案是党和国家理顺疫情防控工作、总结抗疫经验的必然要求[2]。2020年2月7日，国家档案局发布《国家档案局关于做好新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情防控期间档案工作的通知》，提出要“做到疫情防控档案应收尽收、应归尽归”。[3]随后，我国各省级档案馆先后发布通告，面向社会各界征集相关档案资料。……
