摘  要：本文阐述了高校贫困生精准扶贫档案构建工作的意义和工作现状，具体分析了高校贫困生精准扶贫档案的構建方法和构建内容，并有针对性地提出了加强高校贫困生精准扶贫档案工作的具体措施，以期能够促进我国高校对贫困生进行精准扶贫工作水平的提高。

Abstract： This article elaborates on the significance and current situation of the construction of targeted poverty alleviation files for poor students in colleges and universities， specifically analyzes the construction methods and contents of the targeted poverty alleviation files for poor students in colleges and universities， and puts forward specific measures to strengthen the targeted poverty alleviation files for poor students in colleges and universities. Specific measures are expected to promote the improvement of the level of precision poverty alleviation for poor students in my countrys universities.

高校对贫困大学生进行精准扶贫工作充分体现了党和国家对贫困大学生的关心支持，能够有效保障我国教育公平原则的实施。[1]

1 高校贫困生精准扶贫档案建立的意义

在我国学生资助发展报告中明确指出目前有120多万名大学新生是在受到学校的资助情况下才能进入高校学习，占我国大学新生入学人数比例的16.2%。

但是目前高校贫困大学生档案工作中还存在诸如重视程度不够、工作难度较大、档案内容真实性不强以及相关机体制不完善等问题。以精准扶贫为指导思想，全力构建贫困大学生精准扶贫档案，是当前工作的重中之重。

1.1 是国家精准扶贫战略的具体实施。精准扶贫理念最早是由国家主席习近平同志2013年在湖南考察时提出的，之后相关部门根据习近平同志的讲话精神对精准扶贫工作模式和工作制度进行了完善和设计。[2][3]精准扶贫理念也是高校对贫困大学生进行帮扶工作的具体指导，高校在进行贫困大学生帮扶工作时必须能够准确地将真正困难的大学生挑选出来，确保高校对贫困大学生的帮扶工作能够落到实处。……
