摘要：农业产业化是推进现代农业经济发展的必由之路，也是推进乡村产业振兴的关键环节。广西桂林市兴安县通过施战略、建平台、育主体、补链条、抓特色来推动农业高质量发展;从筑牢粮食安全生产线、增强畜禽生产竞争力、提升农业产业化服务保障水平三个维度来探索兴安县由农业大县向现代特色农业强县发展的路径，从而加快兴安县推进产业振兴步伐。

Leveraging Rural Revitalization through Industrial Revitalization from Multiple Dimensions

：a Case Study of the 14th Five-Year Plan Industrial Revitalization in Xing' an County

Xing'an County of GuilinCity， Guangxi， promotes the high -quality development of agriculture by implementing strategies，building platforms， cultivating major industry， reinforcing chains and grasping characteristics. This paperexplores the development path of Xing'an County from a big agricultural county to a strong moderncharacteristic agricultural county from the three dimensions hy building food safety production lines.enhancing the competitiveness of livestock and poultry production， and enhancing the service level ofagricultural industrialization， so as to accelerate the pace of industrial revitalization in Xing' an County.Keywords： industrial development， high -quality development， the 14th Five -Year Plan，ruralrevitalization

“仓廪实而知礼节”，产业兴，则农民富、乡村兴。产业兴旺是乡村振兴的基础和支撑，也是实现乡村振兴的关键所在。兴安县作为全区传统农业大县和农业品主产区，产业兴旺支撑和引领着农业和农村的发展。特别是“十三五”以来，兴安县依托良好的产业优势和资源禀赋，以创建现代农业核心示范区体系和田园综合体为切人点，同步衔接推进“百村示范、千村整治”工程、“美丽广西”乡村建设、农村人居环境整治、乡村风貌提升、新型城鎮化示范工程等工作，抓产业、育品牌、促转型，全面实施乡村振兴战略。为加快农业产业化发展，灵渠葡萄、红色湘江蜜桔等现代特色农业（核心）示范区提质升级。灵渠秦风、陡江古韵等田园综合体成功创建，农村电商建设步伐蹄疾步稳，一二三产融合发展，农业产业发展呈现勃勃生机。“兴安葡萄”“兴安蜜桔”获得国家地理标志农产品认证，2020年荣获农业农村部“国家葡萄产业技术体系一县一业标准化示范县”称号，同时还先后荣获了“2019年全国村庄清洁行动先进县”“自治区实施农村人居环境整治三年行动先进县”等殊荣。……
