【摘  要】在铁路货车运行过程中，轮轴是保证运行稳定与安全的最重要部件，所以对于轮轴检修工作要加强重视。所以在新时期发展背景下，随着当前铁路货车数量的增长以及运行速度的提升，需要就当前铁路列车运行安全性能进行提高，尤其是提升轮轴的质量。所以论文主要对当前铁路货车轮轴检修工作进行论述，对检修工作中常见故障以及相应的策略进行探讨，从而提升铁路列车运行安全性。

【Abstract】In the running process of railway freight car， the wheel and axle is the most important part to ensure the stability and safety of the operation， so we should pay more attention to the maintenance of the wheel and axle. Therefore， in the context of the development of the new era， with the increase of the number of railway freight cars and the improvement of the running speed， it is necessary to improve the safety performance of the current railway trains， especially to improve the quality of the wheel and axle. Therefore， the paper mainly discusses the current maintenance work of wheel and axle of railway freight car， and discusses the common faults and corresponding strategies in maintenance work， so as to enhance the safety of railway train operation.

1 引言

因为在新世纪发展背景下，铁路货车的提速工作已经基本完成，在铁路货车运营速度提升的过程当中，轮轴是重要的承重部件，所以面临着诸多影响因素，包括轮轴的加工工艺以及制造材料等，都是影响到轮轴质量的影响因素。所以在铁路货车运行检修工作中，轮轴检修工作出现故障和问题的几率是比较大的，需要技术人员就相关故障分析及处理工作进行加强，从而提升铁路货车运行安全。

2 铁路货车轮轴检修故障问题

铁路货车轮轴检修故障问题主要有：轮对故障问题以及轴承故障问题。

2.1 轮对故障问题

对于当前的铁路货车运行来讲，运行过程中车轮是通过车轴和分布在两侧的车轮进行连接的，所以车轮的整体结构是比较牢固的，能够和铁轨之间进行直接接触。而在列车运行过程中，车轮所需要承受到的压力，主要来自货车的车重和弯曲扭转力，并将这些力传递到铁轨上。……
