摘 要：智慧校园具有智慧化的特点，其基础为物联网，载体为不同的应用服务系统，将高校中的生活、管理、科研、教学等内容融合恰当。而在智慧校园平台下的高校图书馆智慧化发展是一种新型的图书馆发展理论，其理论核心为图书馆的可持续性发展、转型发展、创新发展。本文通过阐述关于智慧校园平台的介绍与组成、智慧校园平台下的高校图书馆智慧化发展途径以及智慧校园平台下的高校图书馆智慧化发展的将来，对智慧校园平台下的高校图书馆智慧化发展进行探究。

Abstract：Intelligent campus has the characteristics of intelligentization，which is based on Internet of things and carried by different application service systems.The intelligent development of university library under the platform of intelligent campus is a new type of library development theory，the core of which is the sustainable development，transformation development and innovation development of library.This paper probes into the intelligent development of university library under the platform of intelligent campus by expounding the introduction and composition of the platform of intelligent campus，the intelligent development way of university library under the platform of intelligent campus and the intelligent development future of university library under the platform of intelligent campus.

在2010年的信息化“十二五”规划中，建设“智慧校园”的观点被浙江大学所提出，智慧校园描述的是一幅非常美好的校园图画，这幅蓝图描述了舒适的校园生活、多彩的校园文化、高效的校务治理、创新的科研工作、易见的网络学习[1]。本文通过对智慧校园平台的介绍，重点探究了智慧校園平台下的高校图书馆智慧化发展，具体如下。

一、智慧校园平台的介绍

在2018年的6月7日，国家标准《智慧校园总体框架》（Smart campus overall framework）发布，创建智慧校园的目的为提高高校的教学质量与效果、促进教育教学和信息技术的相结合，所使用的核心技术为大数据、云计算以及物联网等新型高端技术，通过这些先进技术可以建设出协作性、网络化、数据化、智慧型、环境全面感知一体化的生活、管理、科研以及教学服务[2]。智慧校园平台是高校展现自身校园内各种不同服务和业务的一种集成平台，应用该平台的基础为物联网。……
