摘  要：冬奥会的成功申办为我国校园冰雪体育运动的开展提供了发展条件，该文运用文献资料法、田野调查法、访谈法等对衡水市冰雪运动进校园的现实状况和限制因素进行研究，结果表明：衡水市冰雪运动进校园的困境体现在资源配备、师资力量、价值取向和冰雪文化4个方面。并针对衡水市冰雪運动进校园的困境提出相应的对策，旨在为衡水市相关部门实施政策提供参考，为实现冬奥会的顺利举办、为完成“三亿人上冰雪”的承诺，为我国冰雪运动的可持续发展以及提升青少年体质健康贡献力量。

Abstract： The success of the Olympic bid carries out the development condition for campus of ice and snow sports in our country. This paper uses the literature material law， field survey method， interview method and so on in Hengshui city of ice and snow sports into the reality of the campus and to study the limiting factor. The results show that the ice and snow sports into the plight of the campus is embodied in Hengshui city resources， teachers， value orientation and the ice and snow culture. It also puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the plight of Hengshui ice and snow sports entering the campus， aiming to provide reference for relevant departments of Hengshui to implement policies， to realize the smooth holding of the Winter Olympics， to fulfill the promise of "300 million people on ice and snow"， and to contribute to the sustainable development of China's ice and snow sports and to improve the physical health of teenagers.

北京2022冬奥会的申办成功，使北京成为了夏、冬奥林匹克运动会同时举办的城市。在申办冬奥会时，总书记向全世界庄严承诺，中国“三亿人参与冰雪运动”的口号，要想实现这一目标，就离不开青少年学生群体的参与。在学校开展冰雪运动是承接这一目标的重要载体，冰雪运动一定要在校园中寻找合适的土壤才能真正发展起来[1]。因此，为了激发青少年参与冰雪运动的积极性，推动冰雪运动在我国的可持续发展，从而带动青少年学习冰雪、热爱冰雪，使更多的青少年参与到冰雪运动中来，该文对衡水市冰雪运动进校园的现实困境进行分析，探讨冰雪运动进校园的有效路径，旨在为冰雪运动在校园内更好地发展提供参考。
