摘  要：随着影视动画产业的发展，职业技能竞赛有利于影视动画职业教育的水平提升、教师队伍的发展、专业知名度的推广、学生能力的提高。各类职业技能竞赛，能够快速提升职业院校学生的操作技能与综合素养，对于教学与学校建设都有着促进作用。该文首先介绍影视动画职业教育现状，其次分析职业院校技能竞赛对于实训平台建设、校企合作促进、教师队伍发展、专业知名度推广、学生技能提升的重要性。

Abstract： With the development of film and television animation industry， vocational skill competition is conducive to the improvement of vocational education level of film and television animation， the development of teachers， the promotion of professional popularity， and the improvement of students' ability.Various vocational skill competitions can rapidly improve the operational skills and comprehensive qualities of students in vocational colleges and it plays a promoting role in teaching and school construction.This paper first introduces the current situation of vocational education of film and television animation and then analyzes the importance of skill competition in vocational colleges for the construction of practical training platform， the promotion of school-enterprise cooperation， the development of teachers， the promotion of professional popularity and the improvement of students' skills.

近年来，影视动画产业市场发展潜力很大，发展也很迅速，富含着巨大商机和活力， 对于我国的精神文明建设以及丰富人民群众业余生活都有着很大作用， 用不同的形式传递着正能量;另一方面对于国家经济的推动也有着自身作用，在影视行业也显现了独特风采。所以影视动画职业教育事业，也为影视动画产业发展做出了自己的贡献。各行各业需要大批高科技人才，也需要大批实用型与技能型人才。而各类职业技能竞赛，能够快速提升职业院校学生的操作技能与综合素养，对于教学与学校建设都有着促进作用。该文从高职院校开展影视动画技能竞赛的意义入手，分析竞赛对于教学、教师发展、学生水平提升的影响，并针对这些问题提出了对应的策略。
