摘  要：随着科技的发展，自动化技术也有了极大的进步，现在已经较为广泛地运用到了各个行业中去，石油化工企业将自动化仪表运用进去，能够节约大量的人力资源和物力资源，通过自动化仪表能够对生产过程进行实时的监控，能够减少不必要风险出现的概率。笔者主要探讨了石油化工自动化仪表设计和安装调试，希望能够将自动化仪表的作用更好地发挥出来，推动石油化工企业更好发展。

Abstract： With the development of science and technology， automation technology has also made great progress. Now it has been widely used in various industries. Petrochemical enterprises can save a lot of human resources and material resources by using automation instruments. Through automatic instruments， the production process can be monitored in real time and the probability of unnecessary risks can be reduced. The author mainly discusses the design， installation and debugging of petrochemical automation instruments， hoping to better play the role of automation instruments and promote the better development of petrochemical enterprises.

随着石油化工的发展，各种新工艺不断出现，为了满足安全环保的要求，有必要将自动化仪表运用进来，合理地运用自动化技术，做好检测和控制工作，能够切实提高石油化工的质量。石油化工行业危险性比较高，将自动化仪表运用到石油化工作业中去，能够提高作业的可靠性和安全性，从而确保化工作业能够进行的比较顺利。为了将自动化技术的作用更好地發挥出来，我们必须做好石油化工自动化仪表的设计安装及调试工作。

1  石油化工自动化仪表种类分析

1.1 温度仪表分析

在工作开展的过程中，首先应该根据石油化工现场装置的情况和管道内解释温度情况来合理地控制温度，一般需要将温度控制在-200 ℃～1800 ℃。在测量温度的时候，一般会选择接触式测量的办法。为了提高玻璃温度计本身的安全性和准确性，需要将双金属温度计运用进去。特殊热电阻一般包含了耐热电隅、特殊热电隅和防爆热电隅。……
