【摘要】 目的：探究導乐陪伴辅助分娩结合拉玛泽呼吸法在初产妇分娩中的临床效果。方法：选取2019年1-12月本院117例初产妇作为观察对象，依据抽签法将其分为对照组（n=58）与观察组（n=59）。对照组给予导乐陪伴辅助分娩，观察组给予导乐陪伴辅助分娩联合拉玛泽呼吸法。对比两组的自然分娩率、剖宫产率、产后出血率及新生儿窒息率。对比两组自然分娩产妇各产程时间、疼痛和分娩控制感评分。结果：观察组的自然分娩率高于对照组，剖宫产率、产后出血率以及新生儿窒息率均低于对照组（P<0.05）。两组自然分娩产妇第三产程时间比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;观察组自然分娩产妇第一、二产程时间均短于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组自然分娩产妇NRS评分低于对照组，而LAS评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：导乐陪伴辅助分娩结合拉玛泽呼吸法进行分娩对初产妇临床助产效果显著，有助于提高产妇耐痛性，缩短产程，减少新生儿不良反应，临床值得推广。

Effect of Doula Company Assisted Delivery Combined with Lamaze Breathing Method for Primipara/HONG Lili. //Medical Innovation of China， 2021， 18（28）： 0-101

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the clinical effect of Doula company assisted delivery combined with Lamaze breathing method in primipara’s delivery. Method： A total of 117 primiparas in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as observation objects and divided into control group （n=58） and observation group （n=59） according to lottery method. The control group was given Doula company assisted delivery， and the observation group was given Doula company assisted delivery combined with Lamaze breathing method. The rates of natural delivery， cesarean section， postpartum bleeding and neonatal asphyxia were compared between the two groups. The time of labor， pain and sense of birth control scores were compared between natural parturients in the two groups. Result： The natural delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group， and the cesarean section rate， postpartum hemorrhage rate and neonatal asphyxia rate were lower than those of the control group （P<0.05）. There was no significant difference in the third stage of labor between natural parturients in the two groups （P>0.05）. The time of the first and second stages of labor in natural parturients of the observation group were shorter than those in the control group （P<0.05）. NRS score in natural parturients of the observation group was lower than that in the control group， while LAS score was higher than that in the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Doula company assisted delivery combined with Lamaze breathing method for delivery has a significant effect on the clinical delivery of primiparas， which is helpful to improve the pain tolerance of the puerpera， shorten the birth process， and reduce the adverse effects of the newborn， it is clinically worthy of promotion.

分娩是一种正常且自然的生理行为，但其过程引起的疼痛易诱发恐惧、紧张等不良情绪，尤其是初产妇，为孕胎儿及产程带来不利的影响。现今随着我国医疗科技水平的不断提升，分娩疼痛重视程度加强[1-2]。临床常采取导乐陪伴辅助分娩，虽能有效缓解产妇疼痛，提高分娩成功率，但因产妇自身身体素质及耐受力不同，心理和生理上对分娩产生的疼痛影响较重，仅单一使用该方式疗效具有一定的局限性[3-4]。……
