南昌市部分地区成人不同季节性呼吸道病毒感染情况调查分析

【摘要】 目的:调查分析南昌市部分地区成人不同季节性呼吸道病毒感染情况,以期为该地区相关疾病临床诊治及防控提供依据。方法:抽取南昌市第三医院2019年1月-2020年10月不同季节呼吸科收治的200例成人疑似呼吸道病毒感染患者咽拭子标本,均完成流感病毒A型(IFA)、流感病毒B型(IFB)、副流感病毒(PIV)、呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)、腺病毒(ADV)、人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)、EB病毒(EBV)、人冠状病毒(HCoV)检测,并分析单一/混合感染情况及临床特征。结果:共171例(85.50%)明确呼吸道病毒感染,单一病毒感染122例(61.00%),IFA感染率最高,其次为RSV、PIV;混合感染49例(24.50%),以IFA+RSV、IFA+PIV、IFA+IFB混合感染为主。四季均可发生单一感染,不同季節单一感染率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);混合感染主要发生于春、秋、冬三季,其混合感染率均明显高于夏季(P<0.05);呼吸道病毒感染总体以冬季为主,不同季节呼吸道病毒感染率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同性别者呼吸道病毒感染率的季节分布比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。春季、秋季、冬季呼吸道病毒感染以老年、高龄人群为主,夏季呼吸道病毒感染以青少年为主,不同年龄者不同季节的呼吸道病毒感染率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。IFA、PIV、RSV、IFB、EBV、HCoV季节分布比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:南昌市发热门诊8种常见呼吸道病毒(IFA、IFB、PIV、RSV、ADV、HCMV、EBV、HCoV)各自存在不同季节流行性与易感人群,可据此进行临床诊断与防控。

Investigation and Analysis of Adult Respiratory Virus Infection in Different Seasons in Some Areas of Nanchang City/WANG Yanyan, CHEN Meiyu. //Medical Innovation of China, 2021, 18(28): 0-089

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate and analyze the situation of different seasonal respiratory virus infection among adults in some areas of Nanchang city, in order to provide evidence for clinical diagnosis, treatment and prevention and control of related diseases in this area. Method: Throat swab samples of 200 adult patients with suspected respiratory virus infection admitted to the respiratory department of Nanchang Third Hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 in different seasonal were collected. Influenza virus A (IFA), influenza virus B (IFB), parainfluenza virus (PIV), respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), adenovirus (ADV) , human cytomegalovirus (HCMV), Epstein Barr virus(EBV), and human coronavirus (HCoV) were detected, and the single / mixed infection and clinical features were analyzed. Result: A total of 171 cases (85.50%) were confirmed respiratory virus infection, and 122 cases (61.00%) were single virus infection. IFA infection rate was the highest, followed by RSV and PIV; 49 cases (24.50%) were mixed infection and mainly infected with IFA+RSV, IFA+PIV, IFA+IFB. Single infection occurred in all seasons, and there was no significant difference in single infection rate among different seasons (P>0.05). The mixed infection mainly occurred in spring, autumn and winter, and their mixed infection rates were significantly higher than that in summer (P<0.05). Respiratory virus infection was mainly in winter, and there was statistically significant difference in respiratory virus infection rate in different seasons (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in seasonal distribution of respiratory virus infection among different genders (P>0.05). The respiratory virus infection in spring, autumn and winter was mainly in the elderly, while the respiratory virus infection in summer was mainly in teenagers. There were statistically significant differences in the respiratory virus infection rates of different ages in different seasons (P<0.05). The seasonal distribution of IFA, PIV, RSV, IFB, EBV and HCoV showed statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion: Eight kinds of common respiratory viruses (IFA, IFB, PIV, RSV, ADV, HCMV, EBV, HCoV) in fever clinic of Nanchang City have different seasonal prevalence and susceptible population, and can be used for clinical diagnosis and control.
