【摘要】 目的：探讨针刺配合铺灸治疗腰背肌筋膜炎对患者日常生活能力的影响。方法：选取2018年

6月-2020年6月本院收治的腰背肌筋膜炎患者82例。将患者随机分为对照组和研究组，每组41例。对照组常规针刺治疗，研究组在对照组基础上配合铺灸治疗。比较两组临床疗效、功能障碍程度、日常生活能力、疼痛程度。结果：研究组临床总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗2个疗程后，研究组ODI低于对照组，ADL评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗1、2个疗程后，研究组疼痛评分均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。結论：腰背肌筋膜炎患者采用针刺配合铺灸治疗效果理想，能使患者临床疗效和日常生活能力得到提高，还能改善患者功能障碍程度和疼痛程度，应推广应用。

Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Moxibustion in the Treatment of Lumbar and Dorsal Myofasciitis on Dysfunction and Daily Living Ability of Patients/CHEN Sisi， ZONG Zhitao， YU Jiewei. //Medical Innovation of China， 2021， 18（23）： 0-101

[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with moxibustion on the daily living ability of patients with lumboback myofascitis. Method： A total of 82 patients with lumbago myofascitis admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected. The patients were randomly divided into control group and study group， 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture， while the study group was treated with moxibustion on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy， degree of dysfunction， activities of daily living and degree of pain were compared between the two groups. Result： The total clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. After 2 courses of treatment， the ODI of the study group was lower than that of the control group， the ADL score was higher than that of the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. After 1， 2 courses of treatment， the pain scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment effect of acupuncture combined with moxibustion in patients with lumboback myofascitis is ideal， which can improve the clinical efficacy and daily living ability of patients， and also improve the degree of dysfunction and pain of patients， so it should be popularized and applied.

腰背肌筋膜炎是骨科常见的无菌性筋膜炎症，主要是因为寒冷、环境潮湿和慢性劳损等因素导致患者腰背部筋膜和肌肉出现水肿和纤维性变，进而导致患者局部肌肉紧张和疼痛等，影响患者正常工作和生活。临床治疗方式很多，常规西医治疗并无特效型治疗方法，虽然患者可以通过服用止痛药和微波理疗等方式缓解自身疼痛，但极易复发，远期疗效无法达到理想效果，且还会带来严重副作用[1]。此病属于中医“痹症”范畴，针灸作为治疗此病的主要中医疗法，虽然效果显著，但是需要长期针刺治疗，加上很多患者都惧怕针刺带来的痛苦，导致很多患者无法坚持，铺灸没有痛苦，能在艾的热力作用下，使药物经皮肤吸收渗透，能增强经络传感作用[2]。……
