【摘要】 目的：探讨In-Ceram氧化铝全瓷冠在牙齿美容修复中的应用效果及对牙龈炎发生的影响。方法：选择2018年1月-2019年7月本院接诊的84例拟行牙齿美容修复患者，按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组，各42例。对照组行氧化锆全瓷冠牙齿美容修复，试验组行In-Ceram氧化铝全瓷冠牙齿美容修复。比较两组修复效果、咀嚼功能、牙周健康状况、牙龈炎发生率。结果：试验组边缘着色、边缘密合度、美观度和形态颜色评分均较对照组高，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）;试验组治疗12个月后咬合力、咀嚼效率均较对照组高，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）;試验组治疗12个月后BI与PD均较对照组低，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）;试验组牙龈炎发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：In-Ceram氧化铝全瓷冠牙齿美容修复效果好，能够有效提高患者咀嚼功能，改善牙周健康状况，减少牙龈炎发生。

[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the application effect of In-Ceram alumina all-ceramic crown dental prosthesis and its influence on gingivitis. Method： A total of 84 cases admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to July 2019 were selected， they were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method， with 42 cases in each group. The control group received cosmetic restoration of zirconia all-ceramic crown teeth， and the experimental group received In-Ceram alumina all-ceramic crown teeth. The repair effect， masticatory function， periodontal health and incidence of gingivitis were compared between the two groups. Result： The scores of edge coloration， edge closeness， aesthetics and shape color of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）; after 12 months of treatment， the biting force and masticatory efficiency of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）; after 12 months of treatment， the BI and PD of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）; the incidence of gingivitis in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： In-Ceram alumina all-ceramic crown has a good cosmetic restoration effect， which can effectively improve patients’ masticatory function， improve periodontal health， and reduce gingivitis.

前牙问题不仅会影响咀嚼功能，还会影响患者面部美容效果，随着人们生活水平的不断提升，对牙齿美观度的要求日益提高，前牙美容修复比例越来越高[1-2]。前牙美容常涉及牙齿、嘴唇、牙龈的综合治疗、保健等服务项目，需建立在健康基础上，经改变牙齿颜色、形态和排列等发挥牙齿美容效果[3]。以往临床多是由金属烤瓷冠、漂白等方式修复，但难以达到理想的修复效果。全瓷冠是利用金属底层材料和低溶瓷联合制成的修复体，具有生物相容性好、硬度高、化学稳定性高、耐磨损等优点，能够弥补金属烤瓷冠缺乏自然牙齿活力、通透性欠佳等不足，前牙修复体颜色更加逼真、自然，逐渐被应用于临床[4-6]。……
