【摘要】 目的：探討改良真空采血组件在血液透析患者血液样本采集中的应用及对采血时间的影响。方法：选取2019年8月-2020年12月本院收治的400例血液透析患者，根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组，每组200例。对照组采用传统的一次性注射器采血，观察组采用改良真空采血组件采血。比较两组一次性采血成功率、血液飞溅率、采血量不足率、采血时间、耗材成本、采血满意度。结果：观察组一次性采血成功率高于对照组，而血液飞溅率、采血量不足率均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。透析前后，观察组单管、双管采血时间均短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组单管采血成本比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。观察组双管采血成本低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组采血总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：改良真空采血组件在血液透析患者血液样本采集中的应用效果良好，能够提高患者的采血成功率，缩短患者的采血时间，降低采血成本，提高患者满意度，值得临床推荐应用。

[Abstract] Objective： To study the application of improved vacuum blood collection module in blood sample collection of hemodialysis patients and its influence on blood collection time. Method： A total of 400 hemodialysis patients admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to December 2020 were selected， they were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method， 200 cases in each group. The control group used traditional disposable syringe for blood collection， and the observation group used improved vacuum blood collection module for blood collection. The one-time blood collection success rate， blood spatter rate， insufficient blood collection rate， blood collection time， cost of consumables and blood collection satisfaction were compared between two groups. Result： The one-time blood collection success rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group， while the blood spatter rate and insufficient blood collection rate were lower than those in the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Before and after dialysis， the blood collection time of single and double tubes in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. There was no significant difference in the cost of single tube blood collection between two groups （P>0.05）. The cost of double-tube blood collection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The total satisfaction of blood collection in the observation group was higher than that in the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The improved vacuum blood collection module has a good application effect in blood sample collection of hemodialysis patients， which can improve the success rate of blood collection， shorten the blood collection time of patients， reduce the cost of blood collection， and improve patient satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical recommendation.
