摘要：在化工园区污水处理厂污水处理过程中，化学需氧量测试的合理应用非常重要，是增强化工园区污水处理效果的基础保障，只有确保供氧效果符合要求，才能预防出现化工园区污水处理不彻底、不合格的问题。基于此本文研究化工园区污水处理过程中化学需氧量测试的应用原理和测定方法，提出几项化学供氧技术研究应用，旨在为促使化工园区污水处理厂在污水处理效果方面的提升与增强提供帮助。

Abstract：In the sewage treatment process of the sewage treatment plant in the chemical industry park，the reasonable application of the chemical oxygen demand test is very important. It is the basic guarantee for enhancing the sewage treatment effect of the chemical industry park. Only by ensuring that the oxygen supply effect meets the requirements can prevent sewage treatment in the chemical industry park. Incomplete and unqualified issues. Based on this，this paper studies the application principles and measurement methods of chemical oxygen demand testing in the sewage treatment process of the chemical industry park，and proposes several research applications of chemical oxygen supply technology，aiming to promote the improvement and enhancement of the sewage treatment effect of the sewage treatment plant in the chemical industry park provide help.

作為衡量水质中有机物质的含量是否符合国家标准，相关检验检测部门经常会对污水处理厂中水样的化学需氧量（COD）进行测定。氯气校正法、回流滴定法和快速消解法是工业测量化学需氧量较为高效的三种方法，而无泡（膜）化学技术和曝气技术时工业较为常见的化学供氧技术方法。

一、化工园区污水处理中化学需氧量测试的应用原理

化工园区污水处理的工艺领域中溶解氧和耗氧微生物的生长存在密切的关联，对出水质量会产生直接影响，甚至会直接决定工艺技术和系统是否可以正常运行，为预防工艺应用问题，19世纪末期阶段出现了活性污水法，由此化学需氧量测试开始应用在化工园区污水好氧处理的工艺中。根据气体和液体接触特点，可以将化学需氧量测试分成曝气类型和无泡类型，其中曝气化学需氧量测试就是气体和液体相互混合……
