【摘要】 晚期肺癌患者最基本的治疗方式是化疗，其在肿瘤病灶及生存周期的改善中具有明确疗效，但是带来的毒副作用及生活质量的下降也不容忽视，中医药在其辅助治疗中恰好能补齐短板，提高疗效。本文通过检索国内外相关文献，分别从对患者肿瘤病灶、生存周期、生活质量、毒副作用、免疫指标方面将近几年的相关研究做一系统论述，结果示中医药辅助化疗能起到增效减毒的作用，但在癌因性疲乏及癌性疼痛方面的研究较少，生活质量评价标准不够全面，相关的前瞻性研究及中医药综合治疗的样本量偏少均是目前研究仍存在的问题。

[Abstract] The most basic treatment for patients with advanced lung cancer is chemotherapy， which is of great significance in the improvement of tumor focus and survival cycle， but the toxic side effects and the decline in quality of life brought about by it cannot be ignored. Traditional Chinese medicine happens to be used in its adjuvant treatment. It can make up for shortcomings and improve curative effect. Through searching domestic and foreign related literatures， the article made a systematic discussion on patients’ tumor lesions， life cycle， quality of life， toxic and side effects， and immune indicators in recent years. The results were shown in the Traditional Chinese Medical-assisted chemotherapy can increase efficiency and reduce toxicity， but there are few studies on cancer-related fatigue and cancer pain， and the evaluation standards of life quality are not comprehensive enough. The sample size of related prospective studies and comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine was biased， less all was a problem that still exists in current research.

肺癌是全世界死亡率最高、發病率居第三位的恶性肿瘤，也是我国发病和死亡率最高的恶性肿瘤[1]。肺癌包括非小细胞肺癌（non-small cell lung cancer，NSCLC）和小细胞肺癌，其中NSCLC约占85%以上[2]。在肺癌多年来的临床研究中，肺癌的治疗变得越来越精准化、多元化，但是化疗仍然是治疗中最基本的方式，目前还是被广泛地运用于临床。化疗在抑制肿瘤细胞的发展过程中同时也对人体正常细胞造成了极大破坏，最常见的副作用是消化道反应、骨髓抑制、肝功能的破坏等。针对化疗治疗存在的不足，近年来，有关中医药辅助化疗的研究被证实在患者的治疗过程中起着减毒增效的作用，因此为进一步发展中药辅助化疗在临床中的应用，为肺癌患者带来更好的疗效，故收集了近几年来中医药辅助化疗在临床中的研究进行综述。……
