摘要：高校规模的不断扩大，教学改革的不断深化与有限教学资源的矛盾日益突出，现有的课程管理和服务无法满足学校快速发展的需求。流程重组通过分析和改进组织过程，可以更好地实现业务目标，该文将ESIA方法应用于业务流程再造，使用ESIA中的清除、简化、整合、自动化策略对排课流程中的问题进行优化，通过统一发布教学任务、集中排课、减少中间沟通环节等方法提升排课流程的效率和便捷性，极大地提高了师生的满意度、提升管理质量、为高校排课流程优化提供参考。

Abstract： The contradiction between the continuous expansion of the scale of colleges and universities and the continuous deepening of teaching reforms and limited teaching resources has become more and more prominent. The existing curriculum management and services have been unable to meet the needs of the rapid development of schools. Process reengineering can better achieve business goals by analyzing and improving organizational processes， This article applies the ESIA method to business process reengineering， Use ESIA's strategies for elimination， simplification， integration， and automation to optimize the problems in the course scheduling process， and achieve the efficiency and convenience of the course scheduling process by uniformly issuing teaching tasks， centralized scheduling， and reducing intermediate communication links. It greatly improves the satisfaction of teachers and students， improves the quality of management， and provides a reference for optimizing the course scheduling process of colleges and universities.

1 背景

近年來随着大学规模的不断扩大、慕课的开展以及混合式教学的推进，带来了不断增长的学生数、课程数量与有限的教学资源之间的矛盾，不断增长的教学任务和教师数量短缺之间的矛盾，跨校区教学的复杂性 、排课的统一性与学生选课自主性之间的矛盾，这些都对本来就复杂的高校排课工作提出了更高的要求[1]。良好的课程编排是建立稳定教学秩序的前提，这关系到学生的学习效果、教师的教学效果以及学校的教学质量，也反映了整体教学水平，高校迫切需要优化排课方法与流程。本文借助业务流程重组理论和ESIA方法[2]，对高校排课流程进行优化研究，以达到提高师生满意度、提升工作效率、降低管理成本、提高管理质量和教学质量服务水平的目的。
