摘要：随着信息化社会的不断深入，各行各业都在加快信息化的进程。为了更好适应民众方便自由的出行，驾驶技能成为大众迫切需要的技能。传统的机动车驾驶证的培训基本都在线下完成，教练的选择、时间的确定、场地的安排等都需要现场交涉，耗费民众大量的时间。在学习过程中也存在出勤率不高、练习时间不足等人为因素导致的缺陷。这些都给机动车驾驶证的培训效率和质量带来不足，为此需要对传统的驾考系统进行改革。本项目提出驾考计时预约系统的设计，主要解决上述不足，提高培训的效率和质量。为维护交通安全、文明、有序，从源头对驾驶人进行管理，严把入口关，规范培训制度，同时实现驾考系统的信息化。

Abstract： With the deepening of information society， all walks of life are speeding up the process of information. In order to better adapt to the convenient and free travel of the public， driving skills become an urgent need of the public. However， the traditional vehicle driver's license training is basically completed offline. The selection of coaches， the determination of time， and the arrangement of venues all need on-site negotiation， which consumes a lot of time of the public. In the process of learning， there are also defects such as low attendance， lack of practice time and other factors. All of these have brought deficiencies to the efficiency and quality of vehicle driver's license training， so we need to reform the traditional driving test system. This project proposes the design of driving test timing appointment system， which mainly solves the above problems and improves the efficiency and quality of training. In order to maintain traffic safety， civilization and order， we should manage drivers from the source， strictly control the entrance， standardize the training system， and realize the informatization of driving test system.

1 引述

隨着经济的发展，人们的生活节奏不断加快，出行的节奏也在提速。越来越多的民众都想购买小轿车，改变自己的出行方式。购买车辆对于大众来说只是第一步，车辆上路必须要求驾驶人员持有行驶证，申领机动车驾驶证成为民众的迫切需求。为了积极响应社会及群众的呼声，在中央全面深化公安改革的《关于全面深化公安改革若干重大问题的框架意见》和相关配套改革方案中，提出推进驾驶人制度改革，研究推行驾驶人自主预约考试、异地考试等制度，进一步为群众申领驾照提供便利[1]。……
