摘要：目的：实现淮安市急救系统的信息化，提高调度信息统计的质量和效率。方法：借助Microsoft SQL Server 2005[1-3]数据库并运用开发工具Borland Delphi 7[4]设计一套淮安市急救信息统计系统。结果：淮安市急救信息统计系统的应用减少了急救信息登记时间、大大提高工作效率并显著提升急救数据的准确性。结论：构建淮安市急救信息统计系统，建立调度统计的信息化平台，从而促进调度信息数据统计的管理更加规范和科学。

Abstract： Objective： Realize the informatization of Huaian emergency system and improve the quality and efficiency of dispatching information statistics. Methods： With the help of Microsoft SQL Server 2005[1-3]database and Borland Delphi 7[4]， a set of emergency information statistics system in Huai'an City is designed.Results： The application of Huaian emergency information statistics system reduces the registration time of emergency information， greatly improves the work efficiency and significantly improves the accuracy of emergency data.Conclusion： In order to promote the management of dispatching information statistics more standardized and scientific， the construction of Huaian emergency information statistics system and the establishment of dispatching statistics information platform.

1引言

120急救调度指挥系统是一套基于云技术应用，集电话语音模块、急救指挥调度模块、车载视频终端模块、远程急救会诊模块、公共服务平台模块、远程生命监测模块于一体的现代化综合急救指挥调度系统[5-6]。

但是，急救调度数据的信息化应用与展示一直困扰着急救管理人员，多年来调度人员针对急救数据一直采用传统方式进行纸质登记和手工统计模式，消耗大量人、财、物，且效率低下。为了提高急救调度统计信息的工作效率，减少人力财力的开支，提升信息化服务水准。设计了一套基于Delphi技术的淮安市急救信息统计系统，该系统一经投入运行，产生了积极的经济效益和社会效益。

2 开发环境

急救信息统计系统采用C/S架构，工具为Borland Delphi 7。Delphi 7内嵌了Rave5报表设计器。数据库为Microsoft SQL Server 2005，服务器为 Windows Server 2003[7-8]。

3系统功能模块

3.1 登录入口

登录急救信息统计系统的用户均通过了工号和密码的身份验证，系统根据用户事先设定的权限，登录后将拥有不同的模块功能。……
