【摘要】 癌因性疲乏（cancer-related fatigue，CRF）是癌症患者中常见的临床伴随症状之一，不仅影响癌症患者的整体治疗，同时对患者的日常生活及社会工作产生巨大影响。目前国内外对于癌性疲劳的发生机制尚不明确，亦缺乏公认有效的药物治疗，因此补充替代医学受到普遍关注。其中针灸因其操作简便，安全有效被越来越多癌症患者接受。本文就针灸及其相关疗法治疗癌因性疲乏的近年临床研究进行总结归纳，以期为今后针灸提高癌症患者生存质量提供参考依据。

[Abstract] Cancer-related fatigue （CRF） is one of the common clinical symptoms in cancer patients， which affects the overall treatment of cancer patients， but also has a huge impact on the quality of life of patients. At present， the pathogenesis of cancer fatigue is not clear at home and abroad， and there is a lack of recognized effective drug treatment， so complementary and alternative medicine has attracted widespread attention. Acupuncture and moxibustion are accepted by more and more cancer patients because of its simple operation， safety and effectiveness. This study summarizes the clinical studies on acupuncture and moxibustion and its related therapies in the treatment of cancer-related fatigue in recent years， to provide reference for improving the quality of life of cancer patients with acupuncture in the future.

癌因性疲乏（cancer-related fatigue，CRF）是由于癌癥及其相关治疗导致患者长期痛苦和紧张而产生的一系列主观感觉，是一种情感或认知疲劳，常表现为持续的疲惫感，与近期活动不成比例并且干扰了患者的正常功能[1]，据报道，CRF在接受治疗的患者中发病率为52%～90%[2]，有9%～45%的患者经历过中度至重度的CRF[3]，CRF可在癌症治疗结束后数月，甚至数十年间依然存在[4-5]。目前关于CRF的发病机制研究主要聚焦于炎症、中枢神经系统（CNS）障碍以及线粒体功能障碍等[6]，CRF长期危害大且难以治愈，对患者生理及心理健康造成双重负面影响。针灸治疗本病的效果机制虽尚不明确，但有研究表明针灸及其相关疗法（如耳穴、温针灸等）作为缓解患者CRF的辅助疗法具有巨大潜力[7]，其可以改善患者疲劳程度、抑郁焦虑等情绪，提高患者的生存质量，现对近年针灸及其相关疗法的临床研究进行归纳分析及总结，综述如下。……
