摘 要：近年来我国经济社会快速发展，促使现代信息技术取得了一定进展，其中通信网络的容量随着人们的需求不断变大，可以更好地发挥通信网络的功能。在通信网络覆盖范围扩大的同时，运行风险与日俱增，对通信网络行业的发展而言极具挑战。基于通信网络运行发展中存在的问题展开研究，以期为通信网络的运营管理提供科学可行的维护策略。

Discussion on Operation Management and Maintenance Strategy of Communication Network

Abstract： In recent years， with the rapid development of China's economy and society， the development of modern information technology has also made some progress， in which the capacity of communication network is increasing with people's demand， so as to help the society make better progress. It is worth noting that with the expansion of communication network coverage， the operation risk is also increasing day by day， which is very challenging for the development of communication network industry. Based on the problems existing in the operation and development of communication network， this paper will provide effective maintenance strategies for the operation and management of communication network.

隨着信息技术的快速发展，通信网络凭借其极强的储存能力、传输能力和输送能力，逐渐与多个领域和行业融合，并深入运用于人们的生产生活中，对人类的影响愈发明显。但是，其中不乏负面影响，如因为通信网络的覆盖领域和内容拓展较快，导致运行风险迅速增加。对此，通信网络行业必须做出改变，采取多种维护策略，积极加强对网络运行管理的监管力度，同时提高自身的运行管理与维护水平，努力降低通信网络行业的风险，从而为人们提供更安全、更稳定的通信服务。

1 通信网络运行中现存的主要问题

网络信息技术对人类生产生活具有重要影响，通过信息化技术平台推动了信息的多元化发展。在这一过程中，简单网络管理协议（Simple Network Management Protocol，SNMP）网络管理模型目前推广程度较高，与我国网络通信行业的融合效果相对较好，如图1所示。它的主要工作原理是通过在管理站与管理代理之间建立网络连接的方式，增强SNMP消息与运行管理对象的沟通能力，显著提升二者的交流水平。……
