摘要 通过评价六安市生态系统为六安和周边地区人们福祉和支撑经济社会发展所提供的产品和服务及其经济价值总和，基于指标方法的规范和定期开展生态系统生产总值（GEP）核算的制度，核算了六安市2017年GEP。综合分析核算结果可知，六安市2017年的GEP达3 794.48亿元，其中生态系统调节功能总价值、生态系统产品提供总价值和生态系统文化功能总价值分别为3 140.8亿、408.5亿和245.2亿元，分别占全市GEP的82.77%、10.77%和6.46%。六安市土地面积约15 461.16 km2，单位面积GEP为2 454.20万元/km2。六安市GEP远远高于当年的国内生产总值（GDP）（1 218.7亿元）。可知六安市GEP具有较好的发展潜力，可为促进社会经济的可持续发展提供重要支持。

Study on Gross Ecosystem Product Accounting of Luan City，Anhui Province

Abstract This study evaluated the products and services provided by the Luan ecosystem for the well-being of people in Luan and surrounding areas and supports the economic and social development and the sum of their economic value.Based on the standardization of the indicator method and the regular implementation of the system of gross ecosystem product （GEP） accounting，the 2017 GEP of Luan City was calculated.The comprehensive analysis and calculation results showed that the GEP of Luan City in 2017 reached 379.448 billion yuan，of which the total value of ecosystem regulation functions，the total value of ecosystem products and the total value of ecosystem cultural functions were 314.08 billion yuan，40.85 billion yuan and 24.52 billion yuan，accounting for 82.77%，10.77% and 6.46% of the citys GEP.The land area of Luan City was about 15 461.16 km2，and the GEP per unit area was 24.542 million yuan/km2.The GEP of Luan City was much higher than the GDP of that year （121.87 billion yuan）.It can be seen that GEP in Luan City has good development potential and can provide important support for promoting the sustainable development of social economy.

生态系统生产总值（GEP）是用来评价与分析生态系统对人类经济社会发展支撑作用和对人类福祉的贡献，是一套与GDP相对应的、单独的统计与核算体系[1-5]。生态系统的状况和变化也可通过GEP核算认识和了解[6]。GEP核算的重点是生态系统产品、调节服务和文化服务价值，非生态系统的经济价值是流量，而非存量，核算需限定时间和空间范围[7-10]。该研究以六安市为对象，探讨GEP核算的应用方法，评价六安市生态系统为六安本地和周边地区来源于人们福祉……
